One of the more improved players from Ohio’s 2028 class, Doliboa is taller and more confident than the player I saw back in December. That height growth has allowed Doliboa to shoot over smaller defenders easier and use his length defensively. As a shooter, there’s few better in Ohio as Doliboa is money almost anytime he is open with his feet set. A perfect fit with this Midwest Basketball Club 3SSB team, Doliboa provides size on the wing, can defend multiple positions and most importantly provides elite floor spacing.

A bit more of a specialist, Doliboa finished ninth in the GWOC in scoring this past season. One of the elite shooters in the Dayton area, Doliboa knocked down 64 3-pointers this season at a 40% rate. With his positional size allowing him to defend positions 2-4 adequately, Doliboa is a versatile wing who can play with smaller guards in an up-tempo system, or with a few bruising bigs in a half-court style of play.

I caught Doliboa a couple weeks ago in an early season GWOC battle with Springfield. Doliboa is averaging over 12 PPG and shooting 36% from 3-point range three games into his sophomore season. When you look at Doliboa’s positional size, shooting ability and production at the varsity level, he was an easy choice to get added to our rankings during this latest update. Springboro has the talent to contend in the GWOC despite an 0-2 conference start and Doliboa should be a key piece to help them turn things around.

A brand new name for myself, Doliboa stood out in the first quarter with a pair of 3-pointers off the catch. Having a fast start to his sophomore season, Doliboa is averaging 15 PPG and shooting 42% from 3-point range through two games. Whenever a player at his size has the production and shooting ability he immediately becomes a player to track for the next level and Doliboa is a name I’ll be closely following from the Dayton area over the next few years.
