His bounce and confidence separate him from many other guards in the state's 2028 class. Toss in his ability to make shots and find open teammates, and it's easy to understand why Cohen continues to rise among the elite in the sophomore class. He figures to be a mainstay in the De Pere lineup after being a key serve for the Redbirds in 2025-26.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700"><strong>Previous Ranking:</strong> 28<br><strong>Current Ranking: </strong>15<br><br>A true point guard with outstanding ball handling, shooting and passing skills, Cooper had a huge sophomore season while helping Regis qualify for the Division 4 WIAA State Tournament. The first-team Western Cloverbelt Conference pick averaged 18.9 points, 5.2 rebounds and 5.0 assists while also coming up with 2.2 steals per game. He has good quickness, an excellent feel for the game and a penchant for taking and making big shots.</p>

He has a solid combination of size and skill, and is aggressive with the ball in his hands. Competing against very strong competition in the Big Eight Conference, Stewart averaged 16.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists for the Regents.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700"><strong>Previous Ranking:</strong> 50<br><strong>Current Ranking:</strong> 40<br><br>A key player as a sophomore for a Stevens Point squad that tied for the Wisconsin Valley Conference title and won 19 games, Kornowski averaged 11.4 points and 3.9 rebounds for the Panthers last winter. He easily led Stevens Point in three-point shooting as he connected on 56 of 127 tries from beyond the arc for an impressive 44 percent. Kornowski is versatile in that he can play either guard spot and, at 6-foot-3, had the ability to shoot over smaller defenders and make things difficult for his counterparts on the defensive end due to his size and length.</p>

He earned substantial playing time due to his ability to score, both off the dribble and from outside the three-point line. Luchetti averaged around 14 points per game while playing in the strong Badger Large Conference. He and his older brother, 2027 forward [player_tooltip player_id='2140876' first='Austin' last='Luchetti'], figure to form a dynamic duo for Monona Grove next winter. </p>

He averaged 9.5 points and 2.0 assists while helping Oshkosh North to 19 wins. He is a fearless backcourt prospect with deep shooting range and a highly competitive nature on the basketball floor.</p>

The second-team all-league performer helped Waunakee to a share of the Badger Large Conference title by averaging 12.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.7 assists for the Warriors. </p>

One of the better young athletes in the Fox Valley Association, Michalkiewicz started at quarterback as a sophomore for the Cardinals' varsity football team. He also averaged 10.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.6 assists during the basketball season.</p>
