[player_tooltip player_id='2884564' first='Seth' last='Dozier'] sparked the Eagles' comeback, but Spross was a big part of the win as he tied with a team-high 22 points. The 6'2 guard showed a nice release on his jumper as he knocked down four triples and shot the ball with confidence on the perimeter. Spross also showed the ability to play off the ball and made good decisions down the stretch for Paul VI. He worked hard on the defensive end and found his open teammates in the half court. Spross is a gamer who is looking to carry over his play into the sectional semifinals against St. Joe's Metuchen.

[player_tooltip player_id='2201945' first='Andrew' last='Kretkowski'], 6'8 SF St. Joe's Metuchen 2027

Kretkowski was a force for the Falcons as he put up 18 points and 13 rebounds in the quarterfinals. The 6'8 forward attacked the basket with a purpose as he finished strong around the rim and was unafraid of drawing contact. Kretkowski rose up nicely on his jumper and used his size to see over his defender. He ripped down rebounds at both ends of the floor and used his length to influence shots on the defensive end. Kretkowski is averaging 20 points and 11 rebounds a game during the state tournament, which he will look to duplicate at Paul VI on Thursday.

[player_tooltip player_id='1595675' first='Julius' last='Avent'], 6'7 SF Bergen Catholic 2026

Avent was dominant for the Crusaders as he put up a game-high 27 points. The Michigan State commit showed a good release on his jumper as he knocked down three shots from behind the arc and wasted little motion in his release. Avent used his handle to get into the lane and moved well without the ball in his hands. He influenced a bunch of shots on the defensive end and fought for rebounds on both ends of the floor. Avent is a talented forward prospect who is looking to conclude his varsity career with back-to-back state titles.

[player_tooltip player_id='2081040' first='Connor' last='Lee'], 6'4 CG Oratory Prep 2026

Lee did everything he could for the Rams in their quarterfinals loss to Paramus Catholic as he poured in a game-high 30 points. The Wilkes commit set his feet before he shot and let the Crusaders pay for giving him space behind the arc. Lee did more than just shoot as he also go to the rim off the bounce and finished nicely around the rim. He moved his feet on the defensive end and was able to get deflections on the defensive end. Lee ended his varsity career on a high note as he averaged 23.7 points per game over his last three games.

Leo Colosimo, SG Dwight-Englewood 2026

Colosimo did all he could for Dwight-Englewood as he tied Avent with a game-high 27 points. He set his feet before he shot and wasted little motion in his release. Colosimo freed himself for open jumpers in the half court and was also able to draw contact in the paint. He found his open teammates in the half court and worked hard on the defensive end. Colosimo put up big numbers for the Bulldogs all season as he put up 14 20-point performances in 2025-26.
