possesses an acute understanding of the game and a keen instinct for creating opportunities as both a driver and facilitator coupled with poise and pace against ball pressure. Dozier consistently delivered on offense, excelling as a scorer and playmaker alike— attacking the basket decisively, whether facing up from the perimeter or exploiting closeouts off the ball, finishing creatively from multiple angles. With a quick and compact shooting release, Dozier also presented a legitimate threat from beyond the arc. Adept at reading defensive schemes and navigating PnR coverages, he reliably showed an ability to make smart decisions and sets up teammates in prime scoring positions. As a central figure in Paul VI’s guard rotation, Dozier maximized his opportunities, showcasing his scoring and playmaking skills against some of South Jersey’s stiffest competition. On defensive end of the floor, he leveraged his long reach and quick footwork to consistently disrupt plays at the point of attack, offering his ability to be a true two way impact point guard.

strung together some bright moments in this tough matchup against St. Joe’s Metuchen despite not necessarily one of his best statistical performances. As just a freshman Dozier showed tremendous poise and impressive pace as a ball handler, particularly in different PnR actions. Although he struggled to finish against the size and length of St. Joe’s, Dozier impressed flashing a smooth skillset off the bounce, demonstrating he’s a capable potent decision maker while also showing good fight on the defensive end of the floor.

Steering the ship for South Jersey’s best team and the top seed in SJ Non-Public A, Dozier has established himself early on among the top tier of freshman lead guards across the region. With a rangy frame and smooth athleticism, he plays with a maturity beyond his years while gliding to his spots off the bounce and making high-IQ reads as a scorer or passer. He shows advanced pace operating in pick-and-roll with either hand and is also comfortable sliding off-ball as an efficient catch-and-shoot threat. On the other end, he stands out with his length and quickness defending the point of attack. Overall, Dozier checks a lot of the boxes you look to see at an early stage for a future D1 guard.

One of the more productive freshmen statewide, Dozier took a backseat at times scoring-wise but impressed with his poise, early physical indicators, and well-rounded two-way skillset. He got PVI on the board with a smooth relocation 3 off a kickout from Malukila, bookending the scoring with another 3 from the corner to close the game while displaying a smooth and compact high-release stroke. Throughout the meat of the game, he thrived as a playmaker for others, showing an advanced sense for advancing the ball with the pass and making the simple play in a timely fashion. He flashed a smooth skillset off the bounce as well, showing mature pace while probing in the pick-and-roll game and finishing cleanly with either hand. Defensively, he used his length and quick feet to be a steady pest at the point of attack. The future appears to be bright for Dozier, who looks to be on a clear D1 track at this early juncture.

figures to provide steady offensive production both as a scorer and a decision maker. A strong penetrator, both out of his perimeter face up game and attacking closeouts off the ball, Dozier attacks driving lanes with purpose to get to the rim and finish from different angles. Possessing a compact shooting release, Dozier is also a threat from three point range. A strong and confident ball handler, Dozier manipulates different angles and coverages in different PnR actions to often times make the right read and get his teammates the ball in the right spots. Expected to be a key piece of Paul VI’s guard rotation, Dozier should have plenty of opportunities to highlight his scoring and playmaking abilities.
