possesses an interesting combination of size and athleticism paired with a high motor. Cisse will look to put together more flashes of an intriguing and steadily developing offensive skill set throughout the course of this season. He proves capable of finishing effectively in the paint, displaying reliable touch on jump shots from both the mid-range area and perimeter, and consistently attacking the offensive glass to create extra possessions. Cisse also possesses a confident face-up game from the mid-post and the ability to catch lobs and convert on above the rim finishes. With the necessary physical tools to demonstrate impressive mobility and fluid movement for his size, look for Cisse to string together strong moments that highlight his intriguing long term upside.

One half of a twin-towers duo at PVI that will both be covered here, Cisse is known for his motor and athletic prowess but showed notable growth in the skill department with some impressive flashes on Saturday. The native of Mali is still lacking in game experience but showed comfort both attacking off the bounce past slower forwards and stretching defenses out to the arc with a workable perimeter shooting stroke. With physical gifts to catch eyes up to the high-major level, Cisse has a ceiling that’s readily apparent if he can continue to incorporate such finer points in his game moving forward.

Cisse is an active live body post player who has a nose for making plays on either end of the floor. His long arms allow him to be a windshield wiper blades on the glass. Cisse came up with rebounds frequently. He runs the floor like a deer. Cisse does a nice job scoring above the rim. His best basketball is ahead of him and should see traction from colleges in the coming months.

Cisse joins Malukila in a talented Eagles’ front court and should put his game on display this season. The 6’9 post has a solid face-up game as he can put the ball on the floor and his range extends out to the three-point line. Cisse runs the floor hard, setting himself up for easy layups and baskets in transition. He uses his length to influence shots around the rim and skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor. Cisse’s ability to impact the game in both ends of the floor should help raise his stock over the next couple of months.

The other freshman starter for PVI up front is a fellow native of the DR Congo in Cisse, a highly athletic hybrid big. He makes a splash with his motor, movement skills, and leaping ability while finetuning his skills offensively. He’s already shown marked improvement in his year spent in the U.S., with his physical tools and team-centric approach providing a strong foundation to build on as he continues to develop. It’s far too early to predict a level, but prospects with Cisse’s early indicators tend to rarely fall below the D1 level when all is said and done.
