Davis is a two-way guard prospect who posted 10 point per night as a freshman and notched a season high 15 points on several occasions. What pops about Davis is his unique ability to quickly turn defensive stops (steals / rebounds) and loose balls into fast break opportunities for himself and teammates. Davis has a nose for the ball and once he has secured the rock, he will not hesitate to pass it ahead or get downhill in a hurry. On half-court possessions, Davis is an accurate three-point shooter with a rapid-fire release. If a defender crowds Davis, he will put the ball on the deck and get to his mid-range spots or all the way to the cup for a lay-in. Davis’s unique skill set is a perfect fit for the grassroots circuit.   

So far in January Chester has assembled a 6-1 record. A key part of that success has been the stellar play of Davis. Of late, this two-way guard prospect is posting 10 point per night. This month he scored 15 points in a win over Bartram as well as 12 (1 three) against West Philly. Davis is an accurate shooter from the mid-range and behind the arc. He also can attack the rack off the dribble for buckets. Still, what really stands out about Davis is his ability to generate steals and deflections and then quickly turn them into easy transition hoops for himself or teammates.

At first, Davis was getting run for a talented Chester squad because he is a plus defender with active hands and quick lateral movements who generated steals as well as deflections. But recently, Davis has really stepped up his offensive game and is contributing 10 points per nights. He recently notched 15 points in win over Bartram. Davis is an accurate three-point shooter, excels in transition as a wing or ball handler and can hit mid-range pull ups.
