Just a few weeks ago there were 404 teams that began Sectional play across four classes here in the state of Indiana. Now, on Saturday, March 28th we have two teams remaining per class. There will be four State Championship games played at Gainbridge Fieldhouse as teams, players, and coaches look to put their name in the Indiana High School Basketball record books. Prep Hoops Indiana has boots on the ground coverage and will be running a live blog throughout today's four games.

In 49 states it is just basketball, but this is Indiana!!!

Here is a look at some under-the-radar stars of the day.

The game between Barr-Reeve and Triton was pretty close for the majority go the game, until senior point guard Koben Boyd stepped up in a major way. Barr-Reeve opened up the 4Q on a big run with Boyd scoring 8 points in about a 5 minute stretch there. While coming off the bench, he showed some senior leadership when the Viking needed something to go their way to open up the lead a bit. He finished with 11 points.

Unfortunately, it was not Triton's day at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Saturday morning but that does not mean they didn't have some good individual performances happen. One of the more overlooked performances not the day for the Trojans was from senior point guard Landon Patrick who ended with 6 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists on the day. While his point total doesn't wow you, he felt like arguably the most productive player on the floor for Triton at times with his ability to be the main ball handler for them. Strong showing for the senior guard in his final high school game.

The Parke Heritage Wolves were able to win the Class 2A State finals on Saturday afternoon and a lot of it had to do with the effort plays that junior forward [player_tooltip player_id='2140339' first='Carter' last='Crum'] had throughout the game. Finishing with 13 points, Crum just seemed to make the plays are the right time for the Wolves which ultimately led them to cutting down the nets. With [player_tooltip player_id='1560965' first='Treigh' last='Schelsky'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2272232' first='Isaac' last='Pickel'] moving onto the next level, Crum will come back as the guy and a state champion.

In all reality, you could put any of the Yoder boys here, but the one we are going with is freshman guard [player_tooltip player_id='2888376' first='Bryce' last='Yoder']. He finished with 8 points and even though he was smallest player on the floor, he stepped up in such a big way almost helping his team win the 2A State Championship. He was great defensively and used some nice IQ to make plays off the ball. He is only getting started with his high school career.

It was a very balanced effort for the Irish on their way to winning the Class 3A State Championship and a guy that stepped up in a major way was junior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2140441' first='Skylar' last='Rodgers']. He finished with 12 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists on the night being the one of four Cathedral players to score in double figures. He was a shifty players on the offensive end and played some high energy defense, as well. A key to why Cathedral cut down the net son Saturday.

If you want to talk bully basketball, that is what we saw often from junior guard Lavell Ledbetter. The 6'3 guard with a football player frame was super physical throughout the whole game finishing with 9 points and 7 rebounds in New Haven's tough loss to Cathedral. He used his big frame to make plays around the basketball and was not afraid to go after boards on both ends of the floor. He deserves major credit to keeping New Haven in the fight on Saturday.

Everything ran through [player_tooltip player_id='1561617' first='Dikembe' last='Shaw'] for Crown Point, but a guy that stepped up throughout the night was fellow senior [player_tooltip player_id='1561063' first='Kingston' last='Rhodes']. He finished with 10 points for the Bulldogs in their tough loss to Mt. Vernon. He put in a really strong effort on both ends of the floor.
 <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_0_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_0_player_details_player_name":"Brady Webber","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_0_player_details_graduating_class":"2026","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_0_player_details_height":"6'1u0022","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_0_player_details_position":"77246","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_0_player_details_school":"Mt.
