For the final time, the rankings have been update for New England's Class of 2026 and with that, we'll take a look at some of the prospects that did the most to raise their stock at the end of this rankings cycle.

Notably, 43 prospects rose at least 10 spots in this update, with none having a more impressive rise than [player_tooltip player_id='1411408' first='Jordan' last='Ghee'].

The Hotchkiss School guard had a phenomenal second half of the season and was a key piece in his team's run to a NEPSAC Class A championship. Up to #42, Ghee rose an incredible 78 spots in this update on the heels of his late season dominance. A big and physical 6'5" guard, he plays with great poise with the ball in his hands, doesn't get sped up in the half-court, and is a capable three level scorer. At this point in time, he remains uncommitted and is one of the top ranked unsigned prospects in the region.

Below are five more prospects that made a significant rise up the rankings in this update.

+20 (#72 to #52)

Griffin, a forward out of the Westminster School in Connecticut, jumped 20 spots to finish at #52 in the rankings. The 6'9" forward is an impactful defender, showing the ability to guard multiple positions and to protect the rim at a high level. He's a twitchy athlete and quick second jumper, which, along with his timing and instincts, allows him to be one of the better shot blockers in the region. He plays with a high motor on both ends of the floor, is a relentless two-way rebounder, and does a terrific job of running the floor in transition. Offensively, he dunks everything around the rim and shows a good feel for rolling out of ball screens. He will head to Alcorn State in the fall to continue his playing career.

+11 (#66 to #55)

Mitchner, a guard out of Lawrence Academy in Massachusetts, jumped 11 spots to finish at #55 in the rankings. The 6'3" guard has some real wiggle off the bounce, does a nice job of playing off of hesitations, and knows how to mix up his speeds in the half-court. As a scorer, he uses his length to his advantage around the rim, elevates quickly into his mid-range jumper, and does a nice job of knocking down shots in catch and shoot situations. He has good feel as a creator and is able to deliver passes on time and on target with touch. Defensively, he's disruptive at the point of attack and makes a lot of plays in passing lanes. He remains undecided on his college destination.

+14 (#121 to #107)

Hutchison, a forward out of Brewster Academy in New Hampshire, jumped 14 spots to finish at #107 in the rankings. A powerful athlete, Hutchison does a nice job of using his strength to his advantage as a finisher around the rim. He's capabale of scoring with his back to the basket, does a nice job of scoring over smaller guards, and is a quality offensive rebounder, with good instincts on the glass. Defensively, he can guard up and down a position, is willing to mix it up in traffic as rebounder, and even offers some rim protection from the help side. He will head to Hamilton in the fall to continue his playing career.

+48 (#170 to #122)

Belcher, a guard out of Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire, jumped 48 spots to finish at #122 in the rankings. An attacking guard, the lefty does a great job of playing off of a live dribble to get into the paint, where he's capable of making plays for his teammates or finishing with creativity. He's proven to be a good decision maker that limits his turnovers, makes good reads with the ball in his hands, and has a nose for the ball on the offensive glass. Defensively, he moves incredibly well laterally, while also having good instincts off the ball, both of which contribute to his ability to generate steals at a high rate. He will head to Bowdoin in the fall to continue his playing career.

+24 (#199 to #175)

Cormier, a forward out of Newburyport High School in Massachusetts, jumped 24 spots to finish at #175 in the rankings. The 6'8" forward is a floor spacer that does a great job of knocking down threes in catch and shoot situations. His ability to make shots opens up the floor for his teammates and for his off ball movement, where he's proven to be an instinctive cutter that can finish above the rim in space. On the other end of the floor, he does a nice job of high pointing rebounds and, with his length, is an effective shot blocker both on the ball and when coming from the help side. He remains undecided on his future plans.
