Hailey, a wing out of Phillips Academy Andover in Massachusetts, makes his first appearance in the rankings at #53. An elite athlete, the 6'5" Hailey impressed with both his offensive and defensive versatility. The lefty has a big, strong frame that he uses to his advantage as a downhill driver, rim finisher, and offensive rebounder. On top of that, he shows the ability to make shots with range from behind the arc, while also being a high level playmaker in transition. Defensively, he can guard any position on the floor, has quick burst into passing lanes for steals and deflections, and is a big time shot blocker when coming from the help side. He remains undecided on his college destination.

Bumila, a forward out of Bishop Feehan High School in Massachusetts, makes his first appearance in the rankings at #65. The 6'9" big man was absolutely phenomenal during the second half of the season and throughout Bishop Feehan's run to the state title. A physically imposing lefty, he controlled the glass on both ends of the floor, finished with authority around the rim, and forced opponents to think twice on shots close to the rim. A major competitor, he does a terrific job of rim running in transition, showed touch as a shooter out to the three point line, and played with an unmatched motor. He will head to the University of Texas in the fall to continue his baseball career.

Strand, a wing out of the Canterbury School in Connecticut, makes his first appearance in the rankings at #130. A high level shooter, Strand has an impressive combination of build, on-ball playmaking, and skill. He does a great job of moving without the basketball offensively, is always shot ready on the catch, and even shows the ability to attack closeouts to get into his mid-range game. With his frame and strength, he has the ability to play through contact as both a driver and finisher. Defensively, he shows a good understanding of how to play in rotations, can mix it up in the paint as a rebounder, and is capable of guarding both in the paint and on the perimeter. He remains undecided on his college destination.

King, a guard out of Vermont Academy in Vermont, makes his first appearance in the rankings at #143. A twitchy mover with the ball in his hands, King proved to be a crafty scorer around the rim in the half-court. He's a taller guard, at 6'3", with great length and a quick first step, allowing him to be a quality playmaker out of ball screens. He finishes it around the rim with his lemgth, creativity, and touch, impressing particularly with his floater game. On the other end of the floor, he's proven to be a solid point of attack defender that can keep the ball out of the paint and create steals with his quickness in passing lanes. He remains undecided on his college destination.

Montaneri, a wing out of New Bedford High School in Massachusetts, makes his first appearance in the rankings at #178. A long and explosive 6'2" wing, Montanari makes plays all over the floor with his physical gifts and instincts. He has a quick first step off the bounce, allowing him to get into the paint where he finishes it and creates for others. He elevates nicely into his jumper, showing the ability to get it off over any defender. On top of that, he does a great job of creating turnovers defensively, both on and off the ball, and then converting them as scoring opportunities in transition. He remains undecided on his college destination.
