Harris made his leap into the top-25 after a strong finish to the season for Glenelg Country. Although the Dragons fell short of capturing the MIAA A Conference or MDPSSBT title, the lengthy 6-foot-8 hybrid forward had stretches of proving himself as the high-upside prospect that his frame offers. The skillset continues to round out nicely as he becomes more confident from the point of attack. He was creating his own offensive opportunities with increased fluidity since the new year and his defensive tools are apparent with his elite wingspan. Harris did a better job of leaving his mark in the rebounding category as well while posing as a true grab-and-go threat. It's clear that Brown secured one of the more intriguing long-term prospect in the state with Harris' commitment prior to the season.

One of the premier scorers in PG County this season, Walker helped lead a Wise team to a 14-7 overall record as they came up short in the regional title game to the then undefeated CH Flowers Jaguars. The southpaw scoring guard thrived in the Pumas' up-tempo style which consisted of full court trapping presses that forced turnovers and chances for quick buckets or transition opportunities. When in the half court, Walker possesses good burst off his back foot to gain advantages in driving lanes and has good athletic pop to play around the rim. He was a capable shot maker from deep off the catch with time and space, rebounds at a plus rate for his position and did a nice job of adjusting to opposing defensive schemes to become more of a playmaker for others in stints. As a result, he got an 8-spot improvement in the final ranking from No. 66 to No. 58.

Stewart is coming off a final four run in the Class 3A state tournament and an overall successful senior campaign after helping the Knights to a state title in 2024-25. The bullish 6-foot-5 hybrid forward took on more responsibility this season as a primary focus offensively and answered the call as one of the best public school prospects in Baltimore City. His positional versatility, physicality and skillset that still has some room to be expanded could benefit greatly at the JuCo level or post-grad prep level. The Knights produced with balance, but oftentimes it was Stewart leading way in the scoring column and on the glass. He makes a 5-spot leap from No. 67 to No. 62.

Fowlkes is one that has made some noise recently with Blake's run to the Class 4A state title game this Saturday. It isn't as if Fowlkes hasn't been producing throughout the season, but when the lights have been brightest, he seems to be the one that answers the call. He exploded for a loaded stat line of 30 points, eight rebounds, six assists and four steals in the Bengals' regional title game against a good Kennedy squad and followed up with key plays in their state semifinal win over Meade. A small, twitchy guard who can play on or off the ball, Fowlkes has ability to fill it up from outside or finish through contact on rim attacks. He's a prideful individual defender and never hesitates to get into the mix for 50/50s. He made a nearly 20-spot jump from No. 64 to the top-50 to sit at No. 47 overall.

Another available senior who was a key component in his team's postseason success, Soumaoro brings the size that so many college programs are looking for in a forward. His frame should fill out nicely over time, but in the immediate, his length at 6-foot-6 allowed him to be a major impact on both ends in public school play. He's an authoritative finisher in the open floor, gets off his feet quickly for to snag rebounds and has the potential to be a toosly defender who can switch in various situations. Meade's season came to a close in the Class 4A semifinals to the hands of Blake, but Soumaoro refused to go down easy as he becomes one of the more intriguing college/prep prospects in Anne Arundel County and the public school sector as a whole. He makes a 7-spot improvement in his ranking from No. 73 to No. 66.
