We updated our rankings for the senior class for the final time today, with our scouts doing a great job of covering games in person or grinding film to add in 52 new prospects into the class to recognize the hard work of our local prospects. Here we'll break down some wings and forward prospects that impressed our scouts down the stretch to receive a nice final bump to their rankings status on the site. Let's dive in!

-The only previously-unranked prospect to crack our top 50, Wright had a LOUD set of performances down the stretch run of the season for a JFK team that won their region. Wright has improved his handle to take advantage of long strides that allow him to blow past his matchup on the perimeter and get to the rim. He's an explosive leaper, can guard 3-5 at a pretty high level, and runs the floor incredibly hard to put himself in position for putbacks and alley-oop finishes. The shooting form looked solid on midrange jumpers off the catch and free throw attempts. High upside prospect that could flourish at the prep school or junior college level before hitting the scholarship level.

-Played well in spurts for the Lions as a rim-runner and shot-blocker that doesn't need touches to be successful on the floor. Sometimes with forward prospects it's easy to allow a lack of offensive production to affect the energy that's played with on the glass and at the defensive end of the floor--but that was never the case for Deng. The fluidity of the post moves and different finesse finishes around the basket indicate some long-term upside as a traditional 4-man that junior college coaches should tap in with over the next few weeks.

-Liked Ohri's play throughout the season as a steadying presence for Northwest. Ohri proved capable of knocking down midrange jumpers off the catch, developed a nice set of post finishes around the basket, and was an unselfish DHO or PnR partner on the perimeter. Ohri read the floor well as a back line defender that communicated ball screens effectively, showing or dropping depending on the opposition's offensive system. Excited to see what school he chooses at the next level.

-The athletic wing prospect had a strong finish to the season for a scrappy Loyola team that fought to the very end. There were noticeable improvements over the course of the season to Olofintila's perimeter game. He began to knock down perimeter shots off the catch and attack his matchup with swift downhill drives. Already a capable wing defender that can guard up or down a position, there's a roadmap to contending for a scholarship at the next level if he can prove his worth at a prep school or junior college for at least a year. Excited to see where he ends up taking his talents to next.

-The physical forward anchored Seneca Valley through a run to the state quarterfinals with his physical play at both ends of the floor. A dual sport athlete (baseball), our scouts loved the heart and physicality that he played with for his team as a sturdy forward prospect that finished his opportunities around the rim and protected the paint at the opposite end of the floor. Bullie improved both his midrange jumper to be a threat in the high post as well as his free throw shooting to maximize his impact at the offensive end of the floor and make defenses pay for fouling him in the paint.
