Dyches had an impressive ending to his high school career and could very well end up out-playing his rankings here in the long term. The 6-foot-2 combo guard is a threat from range and pulls the trigger quickly on the catch, giving his defender little to no time on closeouts to get a clean contest. With sound mechanics, a fluid release and the ultimate confidence, he has the ability to knock down four or more three's in any given game if the defense isn't locked in. He's by far a one-trick pony though, as Dyches can maneuver well off the bounce with crossovers, spins or hesitations and expose driving lanes where he showed improved touch and body control on finishes this year. He's a physical, stout defender who can check either guard position, remains active in the passing lanes off the ball and never hesitates to do his work on the glass.

Dulaney made their run to Baltimore County supremacy and captured a regional title before their season came to an end in the Class 4A state quarterfinal round. Corley-Pugh was a staple for the Lions this season with his sound positional size, spot-up shooting ability and tendency to expose mismatches against smaller guard played a major role in their success. Whether it was Chase Huber establishing paint touches from the guard slot or Drew Ranck kicking it out from the post, Corley-Pugh teed off from the corners with accuracy and had his share of shots throughout the season that would deliver as the final nail in the cross to seal the win.

Thomas played a prominent role within Meade's starting lineup en route to an impressive 25-2 season that ended in dramatic, overtime fashion in the Class 4A final four game against Blake. Thomas is a 6-foot-3 guard/wing with good size and strength who thrived as a versatile defender for head coach Mike Glick. He was more of a utility guy who converted shots around the rim by way of timely cuts or tracking offensive rebounds for quick second chance opportunities. His production for one of the state's best public school programs warranted a debut in the final set of rankings for this senior class.

Another low maintenance prospect who thrived in his role this season for a winning program was Glover. A 6-foot-6 forward who had to log the majority of his minutes at the five for St. Frances due to the true lack of size on their roster, Glover brought his worth with his presence on the glass while he battling opposing bigs and utilized leverage effectively while competing on a national schedule. Offensively he kept things simple as a finisher on dump-offs or occasionally ventured out to the corners where he could make 15 footers or even catch-and-shoot three's with time an space. The Panthers walked away with the BCL title

Overlea has created a history since head coach Will Watts took over for producing some of the better scoring guards in Baltimore County and Foster looks to be the next one that carves out an opportunity for himself at the next level. If he does find an opportunity beyond high school, he will certainly outplay this ranking with the way he can put the ball in the bucket at an alarming rate. His range, whether it comes from off the catch or off the bounce, can extend well beyond the three-point line with comfort. He can finish with flare on drives and tap into some craft on his layups to avoid opposing shot blockers. He brings sound awareness defensively and has some foundational skill to be more of a point guard as he transitions to college while maintaining his scoring aggression.
