O'Fallon Shootout Preview

The 2026 O'Fallon Shootout is this Saturday, February 7 at O'Fallon High School. The event is one of the premier shootouts in the Midwest hosting future college and NBA stars over the last decade. This year is no exception!

The day is headlined with a matchup between two of the top 15 sophomores in America in Bolingbrook's Brady Pettigrew Brady Pettigrew 6'3" | SG Bolingbrook | 2028 State #23 Nation IL and Bartlett (TN) standout DJ Okoth. Bartlett currently sits at #9 in the national MaxPreps Rankings. They also have top 50 national junior Dylan Jones.

Bartlett is one of the top teams in America this season. They opened eyes at the City of Palms Tournament in December including recording a big win over Long Island Lutheran. Junior Dylan Jones is a combo forward that at 6'5” has a super physical frame and plays with a ton of intensity. Vocal leader on the floor and brings it finishing with force and on the glass. He is the top 2027 prospect in the state of Tennessee and a consensus top 65 prospect overall. DJ Okoth is the #1 sophomore in his state and a top 15 prospect nationally across the board. He holds offers from Tennessee, Memphis, and Mississippi State already. At 6'6” he is a long and springy athlete who makes plays on both ends. Quality defender, crashes the glass, and plays above the rim with his athleticism! Those are the headliners, but this squad has depth too! That includes SEMO commit Axton Perry and Pittsburg State commit Sydney Thomas in the senior class. They also have a top 5 sophomore in the state Braylon Williams that is one to watch!
