Perry was one of our recent 1000-point scorers in the entire state, and he did it to begin his Senior season. He has been a varsity contributor since his freshman season and has elevated his game in each season. He just made a rise in the rankings with his play, and he has Peyton playing extremely well right now. He's averaging 22.2 points on the season and looking to take his team to a deep playoff run. He's one of the top scorers in the entire state and has the accomplishment to show how steady he's been.

Owen is our most recent 1,000-point scorer in the state, and it came in his senior year. He's been steady and a go-to guy who has Erie as an entertaining team. He's had some pretty explosive games this year where he's erupted for some big point totals and kept them close in others. He's a two-way scorer and a player who rebounds well. He's the focal point of the offense and continues to get those points up. Solid senior year for him.

Tatum was the 2A player of the year as only a sophomore. A feat that has not been done too often in CHSAA history, and he brought home the state championship as well. He's had some monster seasons, even putting up 17.3 points a game as a freshman, and has gotten better in every way statistically since then to show the maturation of his game. He's putting up 22.6 points a game as a junior and has 11.1 rebounds and 5.1 assists a game to go along with it. He passed the 1,000 points scored mark to start his junior year and is well on his way to finishing with over 2000 points scored, which would put him in elite company. He's a Top 10 player in his class. He has a 6'7 frame and gives you a bit of everything, and is a player that more eyes should be on.

Williams got to 1,000 points earlier this year and has a good chance at getting to over 2,000 points scored when it's all said and done. The thing that separates Christian is who he's doing it against. Chap is playing in arguably the toughest conference in the state; they play some of the best teams in and out of conference, and he does not duck any matchup. This is not a situation where he's just dominating bad teams, and there's something to be said about that. I believe that Christian is the most consistent player in the entire state and one of the most prolific scorers that we've seen. He scores from all three levels, is a knockdown shooter that can get going against anybody, and that is while being double teamed and keyed in on and if you want a cool trivia question, you can add him to the mix as one of VERY VERY few players who has NEVER scored in single figures in his career and he's contributed since Day 1. I told you — a consistent bucket getter. He's one of the state's best.

Tuff is the newest member of the 1,000 points scored club, and he just did it in his last game. The incredible feat came 11 games into the season, and I truly believe he could reach the 2000 points scored mark when it is all said and done. He's the reigning 1A player of the year, and he's a player who uses his size and skill to his advantage so much that it looks like he's playing a different game than the other players. He grabs boards at a high rate and starts the break. He finishes with contact on great efficiency and cannot be denied getting to his spots. He's putting up 19.3 points a game this season as an inside assertive attacker. He's a player that opposing teams have a difficult time slowing down and is going to continue lighting teams up.
