Sinan was dominant against St. Andrew's. Started off the game with a couple of nice layups and dunks to announce his presence. Anytime he got two feet into the paint he was able to turn and score. Really one of his better performances in terms of offensive efficiency. Once he established he could control the paint, Sinan stepped out and knocked down a few catch-and-shoot threes. His pivots on the inside were on point and proved unstoppable that Saturday.

Jayden was the engine that kept churning for Saint James. Never let up on the gas pedal and really helped keep his team in the game after being down a ton early on. Rallied St. James back in the second half with a lot of steals and layup finishes on the other end. Played the passing lanes very well the whole game and that helped ignite his rhythm offensively. Finished a minimum of 5 fast breaks on the other end from playing hard on the defensive end and hustling by the defense. Made some tough shots in the midrange and hit some clutch baskets in crunch time to almost complete the comeback. Fell short this game but had a promising outing.

Ian was a man amongst boys in the closing IAC/MAC Challenge game. Helped Sidwell in a major win over a top-ranked Maryland opponent, defending IAC Champion Bullis School. He was impactful in multiple areas on the floor. Set back a couple shots and consistently defended with discipline and straight arms. Grabbed 3 steals on the night to go along with his team-leading 10 rebounds and 18 points. Really started to take the game over as the second half began and he was getting more looks. You could see the change in intensity and aggression as he was getting into scoring position consistently. Made some nice post baskets and drilled the short midrange jumpers with consistency. Liked the way Ian let the game come to him, didn't rush shots to try to find his offensive flow even when the team needed a score. Led the team and helped them stay poised even when trailing early on. Ian controlled Sidwell's destiny in this matchup, owning a heavy role in the momentum swinging in their favor.

EJ was impressive to watch in his team's early matchup at the IAC/MAC. Began the game defending the basket, sending back multiple shots at the basket. Finished at the basket with some sneaky strength and finesse that was a problem for the opposing defense. Knew how to get his shot off over tough defense and fared well in the paint all game. EJ could also step behind the 3pt line and knock down the open shot. Had decisive-quick handles, started the second half with a shifty crossover right into a deep triple over the closeout. Nothing small about EJ's game, continuing to help St. Albans to a very strong season picking up another win atop the scoring charts, out at the IAC/MAC Challenge.

You could catch Simas finishing a layup over the top of the defense at almost any point in this game. Simas used his height in ways that any coach would love to see. If he didn't make his way to the rim off the dribble shielding off the defense, he was underneath the rim finishing the putback layup. It was an impossible task this game for the opponent in slowing Simas down. He was able to get anything he wanted and showed that even without the size mismatch, he was determined to dominate on the offensive end.

Anthony enjoyed a big game on the glass and on the offensive end. Helped Potomac to a big win by bringing a huge force of physicality. Entered the paint with ill intentions on every attempt at the rim. Drew a lot of fouls from his aggression, and came away with a huge amount of both offensive and defensive rebounds. Anthony was rewarded with his play with a nice win and some big plays.

Eli had a big scoring night and got started early with a versatile array of scoring moves. He was a huge threat as an iso-scorer, getting into the paint with a shifty handle mixed with double-moves to create enough space for the drive or shot. Eli did true damage from beyond the arc this game, making shots following dribble moves or catching and firing. Posed a huge problem for the defense with his ability to wiggle by and get to any spot he wanted offensively. Mixed in floaters, midrange pullups, and blow-by layups to add to his 3pt threat. Showed a lot offensively and kept his Landon squad in the running for a while before the 4th quarter started heavily leaning in the opponent's favor
