Eight Prospects We Look Forward to Seeing Soon – Central Indiana

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>At the core of our job is evaluating high school prospects and disseminating that information to college coaches at all levels. That requires a lot of in-depth research, film study, boots on the ground viewing, and a good deal of travel. In order to cover the entire state to the best of our ability we have to hit the road and get to games that aren't necessarily close to home. We obviously spend a lot of time in central Indiana, but now that we are over halfway through the year we have to make specific decisions to see certain prospects that we haven't come across yet. The Bulldogs are 8-7 on the season with this unsigned senior point guard averaging 10.3 points and 4.9 assists per game. Prep Hoops Indiana was in the gym at Anderson High School this fall for a practice and saw him play live a couple times as a freshman as well as over the summer in AAU play. Now, we are anxious to see his improvements as a sophomore. The 6'0" junior guard is averaging a team-high 14.2 points per game this season while proving himself as one of the best pure shooters in the area. He is 24-53 (45.3%) from three-point range in just 10 games. Following a strong freshman season he solidified himself as a Top 25 prospect in the class. However, our opportunities to evaluate him live have been admittedly slim. The athletic 6'3" guard is making two three-point shots per game, but really excels when using his length and explosiveness to attack the rim off of the dribble. The playmaking senior averages 12.0 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.7 steals per game. Lewis is very strong and quick, has great on-ball defensive instincts, and can set up his teammates at a high-level. The Grizzly Cubs are 8-7 on the year with this unsigned senior point guard leading the way averaging 13.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 2.6 steals per game.
