Silver Creek is an absolute freight train of a team with without questions the most talented team in all of Class 3A. Not only do they have a great senior class, the junior group has stepped up into big roles this season and one of those guys is small forward [player_tooltip player_id='2470698' first='Brody' last='McLaughlin']. The 6'4 wing is leading the team in FG percentage have a real balanced attack on the floor. A versatile player, with length, and a guy that can play multiple spots.

So far this season, there has not been a player that has stepped up more on SBSJ than junior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2140359' first='Elijah' last='King']. As they have started their transition into Class 4A, King has been spectacular averaging over 22.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game in the early part of the season. A player that is without question D1 caliber, King is a very athletic guard that is an elite playmaker both on and off the ball. Him going up against the Silver Creek backcourts will be fun to watch.

One of the best matchups on the day on Saturday will be between Carmel and Crown Point, both teams with a load of talented players that can help carry them to success this season. The Bulldogs are on a mission to make it to the state finals this season and one of their keys guys in the backcourt is senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1561016' first='Bryce' last='Peters']. Peters is one of the more explosive guards you find in the northern part of the state with an ability to use his speed to get the basket at a moment's notice. While teams are focused on Darrell and Shaw, Peters is there to make plays when Crown Point needs them.

The Carmel Greyhounds have looked really impressive in the early stages of the season with guys that can be game changers across the roster. Senior wing [player_tooltip player_id='1561129' first='Julian' last='Vogt'] is expected to be a main player for Carmel once again this season and will be a guy to watch for them in their matchup vs Crown Point. Vogt can be a smooth yet aggressive player off the ball that can give you 3-and-D upside. He will impress this weekend.

Our one and only freshman on this watch listen comes from Fishers High School and that guy is guard [player_tooltip player_id='2860080' first='Tristan' last='Breland']. While he is still trying to find his rhythm as a freshman starter, this is no denying that Breland is one of the highest rated freshman prospects we have in the state of Indiana. Breland is giving the Tigers 3.0 points per game so far and is athletic enough already to compete on both ends of the floor. He makes plays off the bounce, can hit tough jumpers, and be a defensive presence at all times.

One of the better under-the-radar prospects that will be on the floor on Saturday at Southport is Penn senior shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='1561075' first='Lucas' last='Obermeyer']. A long perimeter player, Obermeyer is versatile on the offensive end and knows how to use his size and length to his advantage. On the defensive end, he guards multiple spots and can be reliable on any switch that may happen. He could give Fishers some sneaky trouble on Saturday.
