Expert Analysis
Brandon Ramsey | Prep Hoops Scout
Vogt has always had the measurables on the perimeter. However, as a senior, he really backed up his reputation as a shooter by putting up some impressive numbers. The 6’5″ guard was 58-109 (53.2%) from three-point range this season leading Carmel High School to a Sectional championship. Vogt is committed to play at Indiana Wesleyan. He improved from #92 to #58 in our final Class of 2026 prospect update.

The Carmel Greyhounds may be the only team that can stop Fishers in Sectional 8 this season and a big reason to that is because of senior guard

. The 6’5 wing has been so good on the perimeter this season for the Greyhounds and his elite shooting should carry well into Sectional play. Coming into the postseason, Vogt is averaging 11.0 points per game. You can watch him when Carmel opens up Sectional play vs the winner of Zionsville and Noblesville.

Carmel picked up one of the most impressive wins in the state on Thursday evening. The Greyhounds knocked off Lawrence North 60-43. Vogt, a 6’5″ unsigned senior wing, was a big part of that victory scoring 16 points on 4-6 shooting from three-point range while also grabbing 5 rebounds.

Even though Carmel ended up on the losing end tonight, I don’t think there was a player on the floor that made as many big shots as what Vogt did. He ended up with 12 points leading Carmel in scoring getting all of his buckets from behind the arc. The shotmaking senior guard set the tone early and get Carmel a chance at the end.

is expected to be a main player for Carmel once again this season and will be a guy to watch for them in their matchup vs Crown Point. Vogt can be a smooth yet aggressive player off the ball that can give you 3-and-D upside. He will impress this weekend.

- Thought he was smooth yet very aggressive off the ball.
- Potential to be a high volume three point shooter. Gives an off a bit of 3-and-D type feel as a player. Super athletic.
- Stock-riser. There is a chance you see him have a breakout game or two as the month rolls on.

seemed to be that guy that stopped up a bit. Carmel comes in as the team with the least amount of wins in the regular season than any other team in Sectional 8 so if the Greyhounds are going to want to make an upset run, Vogt is going to be the X-Factor for them. Vogt is a 6’5 wing that with fluid athleticism, can knock down shots with some of the more intriguing tools you will find in the in-state 2026 class.

is slowing becoming one of the top shooting guards in the in-state 2026 class as he showed over the summer with

. He has some of the best size and length you will see on the wing in the 2026 class with intriguing scoring tools as well. Like his potential to really get his name fully on the radar of multiple schools this weekend.
