Fleming has quietly become one of Aurora Central's most reliable floor spacers and now top players on the team. The smooth lefty shoots it with confidence, plays within the offense, and understands how to impact the game without forcing action. His defensive instincts and passing complement the scoring and he's only getting better with each passing game. For a freshman adjusting to varsity speed, the comfort level is impressive and signals a player who belongs. He's a player to keep an eye on who we want to see more of and will be making his debut in the rankings.     Weber's role is small right now, but his impact is real. Weber is earning minutes on one of the state's top teams as a freshman which speaks volumes. He plays under control, spaces the floor, and makes sound decisions when called upon. His recent breakout game showed he's capable when opportunities arise and may signal giving him more minutes. He's off to a strong start, and the trust he's earning now will pay dividends later. He makes his rankings debut as a player to know moving forward.     Pederson is gaining valuable experience on a championship-level roster, and he's maximizing it. He rebounds with urgency, moves the ball unselfishly, and brings steady energy. The game is slowing down for him, and his feel for contributing in subtle ways stands out. He's building chemistry with the team and showing that he belongs. He's a glue guy who has an understanding of what's going to keep him on the court and is starring in his role early on. He makes his rankings debut and is a player worth following.      We haven't seen too much of Jefferson early on but from what we have seen, he projects as a two-way standout who will make his mark as a defensive menace. He brings athleticism on the defensive end, competes through screens, and has the tools to guard multiple positions. Offensively, he fits as a spacer and connector who keeps the ball moving but also can get out in transition and finish. With the guards he has around him, his number should be called a ton the next few seasons and he will have to make the most of those opportunities. I expect some big games from him and for him to continue to rise.     Pruitt has been the engine on the JV team, producing efficiently while making his presence felt defensively and I expect him to earn some varsity minutes int he second half. He pressures the ball, creates turnovers, and plays with consistent energy on both ends. His confidence has grown as the season has progressed, and his 17-point outing showed what happens when he's aggressive. He's trending toward varsity minutes and should be a player to know moving forward.     Diepersloot hasn't played a ton to begin the season, but from what we saw from him this summer, he's a player whose presence will have Resurrection Christian as a very dangerous team for the second half of the season. At 6'7, he alters shots, rebounds in traffic, and uses his length to disrupt actions defensively. He has a motor and provides physicality, and those traits translate, regardless of role. Once he's fully back, he defensive presence and length will make him one of the highest-upside prospects that is debuting in the rankings. He makes the rankings this go round, but we expect him to rise by the next update.
