It is so fun to watch this prospect play. Aldridge Jr. is a very unique player with a physical style of play and a non-stop motor. He often bullies his way to the basket, plays through contact as well as anyone in the state, and is a very creative finisher. The 6'4" wing finished with 27 points and 12 rebounds in an impressive comeback win for Cathedral over South Bend St. Joseph.

In a game littered with high-level talent, Baker-Lands was often the best player on the floor in Saturday's matchup between Plainfield and New Albany. He finished with 27 points to lead all scorers and pulled down 6 rebounds. Baker-Lands is a Top 10 prospect in the Class of 2027 Prep Hoops Indiana Rankings. His recruitment should continue to take off.

Once trailing 31-7, Charlestown came nearly all of the way back on Saturday morning. A 12-0 run to start the second half got the game within single digits, but the Pirates could never get over the hump. Miami (OH) signee [player_tooltip player_id='1922051' first='Anthony' last='Fresh'] was a big part of the comeback attempt. He finished with a game-high 28 points to go with 6 rebounds.

We were put on triple-double watch right away on Saturday morning. Holmes, a highly versatile 6'6" forward, pulled down six rebounds and dished out four assists in the first quarter alone. He continued to dominate the game as Princeton Community defeated Charlestown 68-54. Holmes finished just shy of a triple-double recording 13 points, 13 rebounds, and 8 assists.

Despite coming up short on the scoreboard, King was one of the most impressive players on the floor in a star-studded game. The 6'2" athletic, physical guard poured in 26 points, but South Bend St. Joseph fell to Cathedral 78-71. His recruitment should take off this season. The offers need to start coming for him.

Mount St. Mary's was in attendance to watch their signee play on Saturday afternoon and had to have come away very impressed. Smith scored 15 points in the third quarter along to lift Cathedral on top of South Bend St. Joseph and hit big shots down the stretch to secure the win. He finished with 23 points for the Fighting Irish.

Smith took over the game in the second quarter with Plainfield trailing, pulled his team on top, and then never looked back. The 6'8" DePaul signee was excellent while leading the Quakers to a 75-65 victory over New Albany. Smith finished with 24 points and 8 rebounds.

We have been in attendance for two of Stoudemire's first three high school games. We knew he was one of the top freshmen in the state before the season started, but seeing his impact against such a high-level of competition to begin his career has been very impressive. His athleticism and strength allows him to compete against older players without giving anything up. New Albany fell to Plainfield, but Stoudemire posted a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds.
