Wesley really popped with the explosive athleticism and the authoritative finishes above the rim throughout the weekend as Southeastern Prep left Canada with a 2-0 showing. His better statistical outing came in their win over Royal Crown (CAN) on Saturday as he finished with 14 points and nine rebounds. Whether it was in transition or in the half court, whenever Wesley got downhill his bruising frame and pop off one foot came into play attacking the rim. He also spent a few attempts from outside taking advantage of late closeouts with a confident, fluid shooting stroke.

Loud weekend here for the skilled, instinctual 6-foot-3 floor general as his stat line indicated as he averaged a double-double of 21.5 points, 11.5 assists and 5.5 rebounds per game. Played a precise floor game mixed with mature pace, high-level processing, and using his positional size to his advantage against opposing guards. He dissecting the floor in transition quickly and used his creativity off the bounce in isolations to manufacture advantages for himself and force a defensive rotation to free up a teammate on the baseline or around the arc.

Canton continues to stack strong performances since making his move to Mt. Zion and this weekend was no different. The Warriors escaped their games above the border with an unblemished record and in their second game against DNA Prep (CAN), Canton's 23 points and seven rebounds were key in pulling out the 74-71 victory. Canton was a consistent threat on fastbreak opportunities streaking the lanes with intent and others found him in stride for easy throwdowns. He's been consistent in exposing driving lanes thanks to the gravity that others like [player_tooltip player_id='2407095' first='Zion' last='Green'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1782591' first='Jasiah' last='Cannady'] demand. Even when his defender is on an island, Canton uses his burst to gain an angle and shields them off with his strong frame to finish through rotating bigs around the bucket.

Now at Southeastern Prep, Richardson brings yet another violent high-flyer to the lineup and in his typical fashion, attacked the rim with ill intentions this weekend. Several times in transition he found driving lanes, cuffed the ball like a running back on the football field, and proceeded to explode high before throwing it down hard. When his defender fell asleep on him as the backline help, Richardson made hard cuts baseline for lobs. He showed off some confidence in getting into his three-point shot off the catch with good balance and preshot prep. Richardson also left his fingerprints on the games as the front man on the press to force opposing teams with his size and active hands to generate turnovers.

The Canadian lead guard is on an absolute tear to start his senior season. N'Landu will be heading to George Washington to play for head coach Chris Caputo next season, but for now he's battling it out against some of the better prospects from the United States during these Grind Session matchups. He and Beckham put on a show despite his team coming up short on the scoreboard as he registered 31 points on 12-of-23 from the field, six rebounds, two assists and two steals. N'Landu is a shifty, three-level scorer who can convert off the bounce from deep and uses that gravity to bait his defender on ensuing possessions with hesitations, shot fakes off the catch, or quick stop-and-go's to create slashing opportunities where he can slither his way to finishes around the rim with either hand.

There's a lot to like with Aizpurs starting with the positional size at 6-foot-5 and a frame that carries mass in a way where he can expose mismatches as a wing or two-guard. Playing with The Star Alliance (ITA), the Latvian native took some time to settle in but eventually showed the crowd his ability to get buckets from multiple levels in his Saturday showing against iSchool. In the 72-64 win, Aizpurs led with 21 points and a handful of rebounds. He brings a moxie to the floor that's impossible to ignore. While he isn't the most explosive prospect on the floor, he can finish with craft on drives to the rim. Now when there's a clear launching pad, make no mistake, Aizpurs can throw it down. He brings some wiggle off the bounce and only needs a split-second to get into his jumper after getting his defender on their heels.

Yet another productive weekend for Cannady as he asserts himself as the true lead guard for head coach Lafayette Dublin. The 6-foot-2 senior put on a show to start the weekend for this event to a tune of 27 points, five rebounds and four assists in a nine-point win over The Star Alliance. Cannady's ability to break his defender down and use his step-back to get into his long-range jumper continues to prove itself effective. He pushes the pace any chance he gets and can put pressure on the defense with his burst in getting to the rim while maintaining good vision to see the quick dump-off or strong side kick-out to a shooter.

Green had a so/so showing in Friday's win as Cannady did much of the heavy lifting from an offensive production standpoint, but Saturday the No. 1 ranking player in the 2027 MD/DC rankings showed his worth along with his teammate [player_tooltip player_id='2201951' first='Jacob' last='Canton'] as he followed with 19 points and eight rebounds. His blend of size, skill, and fluidity caused major problems in the mid-post in face-up scenarios. Green also flashed some consistent grab-and-go ability for stretches throughout both wins.

Rosser reminded everyone why his ceiling as a long-term prospect is as high as any you'll find in the high school landscape. The 6-foot-10 forward boasts legitimate length that you see at the highest of levels and continues to show strides in his comfort operating off the bounce to create his own offense when needed. Where he shine most was the defensive side of the ball where his mere presence altered countless shots around the rim. Even when defending on the perimeter, Rosser got a hand on multiple three-point attempts after sitting down and keeping the smaller, quicker offensive players in front of him. He played hero in game one for Southeastern Prep hitting the game-winner in a war of a game versus Ft. Erie. Rosser also put together arguably the play of the weekend when he caught a long offensive rebound on the perimeter, got a head of steam, and jumped over a defender before throwing it down with one hand.
