We've updated the 2029 rankings, and this time we made sure to give credit where it's due. A few players were missed on the last go-round but earned their spot with strong showings, and we could not feel confident in our rankings without having these players there. Each of these prospects made their case with production, energy, and upside. Here are the newest names added to the list.

Dowling is a player that we certainly could not continue to have off the list when watching how he performed this summer in various settings. He's an aggressive scoring point guard who thrives in transition. He's a strong and athletic guard with size, he finishes through contact and can also stretch the floor as a confident shooter. He reads defenses, finds open teammates, and competes on both ends, and that is what makes him special. His blend of scoring, defense, and unselfish play makes him one of the top two-way guards in this class. We expect him to get plenty of varsity minutes this upcoming season and continue to grow. Big year coming for him.

Coleman is another prospect that we missed on the last go-round and is a player that we made sure to go back and add. He's a player who turned heads this summer as a standout on the 3SSB circuit. He impressed with his athleticism and ability to slash to the rim. He finishes with either hand, absorbs contact, and can knock down shots off the catch. His strength and bounce allow him to rebound in a group. Coleman's varsity-ready skill set as a freshman makes him a clear name to know, and we expect him to make some varsity noise this season.

Urich is one of the purest shooters in the class and a legitimate three-level threat. What stands out about him is his versatility as a shooting guard who can do it all. He has good size, creates his own shot, pulls up comfortably in transition, and shoots it with range and confidence. Off the ball, he moves with purpose and finds open space on the court. His energy and defensive effort match his offensive skill, making Urich one of the class's most complete scoring guards. I expect him to get varsity time on a team that will have all eyes on him so he certainly will have the opportunity to prove himself. He easily makes the Top 5.

First things first, Wade passes the eye test. When you see a freshman with that size, be able to get out in transition and go and dunk the ball, you know that you have something there. But then you see it happen again, and again, and know that it's special. Wade is an explosive, high-motor prospect with one if not the highest ceiling in the class. At 6'7, he finishes above the rim, protects the paint, and controls the boards. His touch around the basket and effectiveness as a roll man in pick-and-roll situations stand out. Wade is a disruptive shot blocker with a growing offensive skillset. We've watched highlights of him in Fall leagues, have 15+ rebounds, he's been at a few showcases, and played up, and we just believed that he was from out of town. Wade's size and athleticism give him undeniable long-term potential, and he is a player that I am certain contributes from Day 1. He's jumps into the Top-5 on the rankings.

Marquez is a true floor general, and that is something that you do not see too often. He controls tempo, facilitates the offense, and takes pride in locking down his assignment. He's a tenacious defender who's aggressive, takes on the challenge, and does not back down to any matchup. Offensively, he spaces the floor with consistent perimeter shooting and mid-range touch. With a deep roster at Fossil Ridge, Marquez's IQ, leadership, and ability to elevate teammates will make this a strong developmental year for him but a player that I feel deserves some attention that we did not want to miss out on having in the rankings.

Braketa is a player that we saw at Colorado Live compete with varsity players despite not even being enrolled in high school at that time and competed. He plays to their speed, is physical, and excels as a catch-and-shoot specialist. He was moving without the ball, rotating the ball, and can score. When watching film of him with B&B Academy at his age group, it is more evident that this list couldn't be taken seriously without him on it. He's a confident shooter and microwave scorer who can really shoot it from deep. He makes the defense know where he's at all times, he demands double teams, and makes the smart read. It's as if he has big brothers that have taught him a thing or 2. He's a damn good player and certainly should be on this list.
