Stamps was one of those guys who just made everything click this summer. He played the game the right way and was unselfish, smooth and always looking to make the right read. You could see how much better his teammates were when he was on the floor. His court vision stood out, moving the ball fast and hitting guys perfectly in stride. When defenders backed off, he made them pay with a confident mid range jumper that looked automatic at times. What really set him apart was how steady his play was. He never seemed rushed, always in control and ready to score or facilitate when the moment called for it. That mix of poise, shot making and leadership is exactly why Stamps earned his spot on the ranked list

McMonigle really made a name for himself with how smooth and confident he plays the game. He's one of those shooters you can't afford to give even an inch of space to. His three point shot looks effortless and he's comfortable knocking them down from anywhere around the arc. What's impressive is without the ball he's constantly moving, cutting into open lanes, or relocating to stretch the defense and create angles for teammates. He understands spacing and timing, which keeps the offense flowing and defenses scrambling. McMonigle's blend of shooting, awareness and energy made him a reliable weapon every time he hit the floor, and it's exactly why he's earned his place among the ranked players

Zakaria was one of the most consistent perimeter threats we saw this summer. He's a true lights out shooter who demands attention the second he crosses half court. He works hard to get open and is constantly moving, curling off screens and relocating to open spaces. He doesn't just camp out beyond the arc but attacks closeouts, finishes through contact and runs the floor with purpose. He plays within the system, fills lanes the right way and always seems to be in the right spot to make a play. That mix of effort, versatility and elite shooting makes him a coach's dream and a clear reason why he's earned his spot on the ranked list

Brown really impressed this summer, showing maturity and composure. His ability to read the floor, move the ball and make the right play stand out immediately. He shoots it with confidence and efficiency, never forcing anything, just taking what the defense gives him and capitalizing on those attempts. He understands spacing, timing and how to impact the game without overdoing it. With his shooting touch, natural feel and steady approach, Brown has firmly put himself on the map as a player to watch closely in the coming seasons

France stood out and is a smooth, skilled perimeter player with size and length that instantly catches your eye. His frame gives him a natural edge, easily elevating over defenders to knock down shots with confidence and control. He's got a high release and a clean, fluid shooting motion when taking a jumper. France brings real versatility by shooting over closeouts, staying balanced under pressure and using his length to make plays on both ends of the floor. Defensively he clogs passing lanes, contests shots and disrupts opposing players. With his combination of size, skill and poise, France showed why he's one of the more intriguing perimeter prospects to keep an eye on moving forward
