I had the chance to see Nolan compete in both 3v3 and 5v5 settings, and he impressed in a number of ways. This is a 6'7 forward who runs the floor hard, can handle it a bit, is a capable shooter from three, while also having the physicality to compete in the paint. He knocked down three triples in the game I watched, making opposing forwards pay for sagging off of him. In the 3v3 game I saw he had a big size advantage, and was aggressive working for post touches and powering his way through a smaller defender to score. Looked comfortable handling the ball in the open floor as well.

James continues to put in work on his body, and was getting up and down the floor better than I've seen from him before on Sunday. At 6'10 he has a big frame in the paint that allows him to shut down opposing forwards on the block. They can't move him to establish deep position, and he does a great job of walling up to force difficult shots. On the other end he's patient establishing deep post position and creating angles for high percentage looks on the block. Soft touch to finish over the top of length.

Jackson put his name on the map with a strong performance at The Expo. Matched up against one of the better 2027 prospects in the state in a 3v3 game, Jackson was going to work in the mid-range while finishing through contact at the rim. He has some mobility at 6'7, can face up and score off one or two dribbles, or can simply bully his way to the basket to finish. Jackson was listed at 6'3 last season while averaging 3 ppg for Shawano, but now he looks like a player ready to breakout as a junior.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140952' first='Lazar' last='Djilas'] has some versatility to his game at 6'8. He's an agile forward at his size, and was active in the half-court offense setting screens, and leaving opposing bigs chasing him as he rolled to the hoop or popped out looking to catch and shoot from three. He has the shooting touch to make you pay for letting him catch in space from three, but is agile enough to beat opposing forwards with a backdoor cut if they step out too far on him. Despite a long and slender frame I thought he did a nice job competing physically with bigger forwards in the paint.

Evan is a versatile forward who can hurt you in a number of ways at 6'6. Rather than just trying to float out on the perimeter and take low percentage pull-up jumpers, Evan was taking full advantage of his size trying to get to the rim. At 6'6 he's able to take opposing forwards off the dribble, and does a nice job of playing off two feet in the paint to gather his balance before going up to finish. On the defensive end he's able to move his feet to defend on the wing while also providing a shot blocking threat with his long frame inside.

A bit of a tweener between wing and forward at 6'5, Gavin helped lead his team to a win in the game I watched. It seemed like any time his team needed a bucket, Gavin was finding a way to get two feet in the paint and finishing over the top of size. Such a patient player who's going to mix in pivots and shot fakes to create angles to score around the rim. On the defensive end he did a nice job of clearing out space with a box out, allowing him to pull in rebounds when matched up against taller forwards. Averaged 13.5 points per game as a sophomore for Ashland.

Alex is another player who can play as a big wing or in the stretch four role for a team depending on who's around him. I liked how much more aggressive he was this year than last year at getting to the rim and utilizing his frame to finish inside. Alex wasn't afraid to initiate some contact and compete with physicality around the rim. At 6'6+ he also showed that perimeter skillset that makes him an intriguing long-term prospect. In his first game of the day Alex simply dribbled into a pull-up three that he hit with comfort on two early possessions. Robbins is moving with more fluidity than he did 12 months ago, and with his combination of length, athleticism, and skill on the ball, he looks set for a big junior season.
