<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It's those teams in Fridley and the five teams a 45 minute to an hour drive north of them, it's Section 5AAA!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Super Summary</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Let's start with Totino-Grace because they are one of two very strong favorites to win state (along with DeLaSalle). They lost their top guy from last year in Chace Watley (graduated and is now at Wofford) but they return their next five best statistical contributors in [player_tooltip player_id='2126117' first='Malachi' last='Hill'], [player_tooltip player_id='1560740' first='Dothan' last='Ijadimbola'], [player_tooltip player_id='1560835' first='Tian' last='Chatman'], [player_tooltip player_id='1895712' first='Daniel' last='Zoa'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2126166' first='Jaylan' last='Hynes'] plus [player_tooltip player_id='1956268' first='Shay' last='Jackson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2119585' first='Luther' last='Bunge'] are returning Eagles that will have a role as well and [player_tooltip player_id='2140618' first='Griffin' last='Carroll'] had a nice 16u season for the Fury. But there is more! [player_tooltip player_id='2126113' first='AJ' last='Taban'] was the top returning player for Stllwater last year, he is now at TG as is scoring guard Deangleo Dungey who was starting at Breck last season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>You can make a legit case that the second five out of the ten players I just mentioned there for TG, will be a better starting five than the other six teams in this section have. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>But.... one team that might challenge that is the Becker Bulldogs. Becker was 17-11 last season and they return four starters, they have reserves back, and they have some up and coming players too. Becker could be seen in the top ten last year kind of like Monticello was last year in this section.
