This is a nine team section and we dive in and give you the best returning players from each team!

Columbia Heights

[player_tooltip player_id='1560860' first='Kahlil' last='Mkali'] (2026, Power Circle). Kahlil scored 12.6 points a game last season as a junior and he's really good at getting to his balanced right and scoring. Had a nice season with Power Circle after a quality junior year with CH. A 6'4 forward with some pop to him.

Daire Armstrong (2026). Played the second part of last season and had a nice year scoring nine points a game. Hoops Czar was in the building last winter when this six foot guard hit a basket to beat Minneapolis Camden.

[player_tooltip player_id='2381223' first='Judah' last='Caine'] (2026, Power Circle). Caine might be the most explosive senior that you don't know about. He's a talent that we look forward to seeing at the Expo in a few weeks as the 6'3 slasher scored 8.5 points a game last year. He was seen with Power Circle finishing explosively this past 17u season and he is a third starter returning for CH.

DeLaSalle

[player_tooltip player_id='2126102' first='Jaeden' last='Udean'] (2027, [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']). All state shooter scored 18 points a game as a sophomore for a state tournament team. Udean is one of the most explosive shooters in the state meaning you call him a game changer. And the top returning All State player for De.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126474' first='Kamar' last='Thomas'] (2027, [program_tooltip program_id='2075485' first='Gain' last='Elite']). When it comes to juniors in Minnesota, not many had the off-season that Kamar did putting his team on the radar as a top player in the state. Kamar scored almost 15 a game for De this year and we think he can have a monster junior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560744' first='Evan' last='Miller'] (2026, [program_tooltip program_id='2455790' first='Howard' last='Pulley']). [player_tooltip player_id='1560744' first='Evan' last='Miller'] earned some division two attention this year with a nice season with the Panthers. He was a 10.4 point per game guy for De last year as a 6'5 three man. Division two eyes will continue to be on Miller as the Islanders make their title push.

Hill-Murray

Noah VanWychen (2026). Noah is a combo guard at 6'1 that is the leading returning scorer for the Pioneers. Noah played the second half of the season and had his best game against Mahtomedi.

[player_tooltip player_id='2560501' first='Koa' last='Fuller'] (2028, [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] Shepherd). When it comes to best all around players from last year that were healthy the full season, Koa is the best the Pioneers have returning. The strong and athletic 6'4 forward should step right into a role as a three year starter after averaging seven points a game as a freshman. Good football prospect as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2352654' first='Jacob' last='Dornan'] (2028, [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] Shepherd). Jacob was the other Pioneer frosh that played some varsity last year (along with Fuller). He averaged about three points a game as a varsity player and was a key figure on the junior varsity as well. Dornan is standout football who this summer was listed as the top wide out in the state when it comes to his class.

Mahtomedi

[player_tooltip player_id='2465510' first='Mark' last='Graff'] (2026, [program_tooltip program_id='2075449' first='East' last='Metro Bounce']). Every time I see Mark or review his film I think higher of the way he plays and competes. Mark scored over 19 a game last year and he is a big reason that I think the Zephyrs are a top ten team in Class AAA entering the season. Good shooter, strong defender, and very efficient.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140712' first='Willie' last='Roelofs'] (2027, [program_tooltip program_id='2455790' first='Howard' last='Pulley']). The skilled 6'7 face-up four man scored 16.5 points per game last winter and is definitely a scholarship level prospect. With Graff at guard and Roelofs up front, they both bring versatility which should make the Zephyrs a tough all around cover. I think Willie is about to be motivated to have a big junior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2822606' first='Noah' last='Carlson'] (2026, [program_tooltip program_id='2075449' first='East' last='Metro Bounce']). Watched Carlson I love his fit with the Zephyrs. He is a long, agile, active 6'6 forward that makes me think "Chris Birdman Andersen" of the Metro East. I love him in an active role for this team being a player that affects the game but doesn't always need the ball to do it.

Minneapolis Camden

[player_tooltip player_id='2411777' first='Lavon' last='Jordan'] (2027, Team GA/Minneapolis Central). Jordan is a 5'7 guard that I think is about to make a nice name for himself. He is a very good football player and he had a good 16u season. He is a scrappy, pass first, quick ball handlers that scored eight points a game last season.

Lamar McBride (2029, PJ Hoops). I really like this young player. He is tough, active and versatile. He can be the screener in a screen and roll and move to the rim, or collect from the guard and face up and make a play. He was excellent at the Freshman Showcase and last year as an 8th grader Lamar scored eight points a game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140706' first='Vincent' last='Burks'] (2027). Burks scored seven points a game last year as a sophomore and is a quality all around player that will step into a bigger role. Strong player that should make this a deeper team this year.

Minneapolis Edison

Samuel Young (2026). Young was the team's leading scorer last year at just over eight points a game. The 5'9 guard also averaged 2.5 rebounds and two assists a game.

Jashawn Scott (2027). Scott scored 8.2 points per game a season ago and when it comes to total points, he was the Edison leading scorer. Scott is a junior giving Edison returning experience.

[player_tooltip player_id='2824462' first='Nico' last='Luitjens Weatherspoon'] (2027, Real Phenom). A 6'2 guard that scored seven points a game last winter and has a chance to step into a main scoring role at win.

North St. Paul

Terrence Horton (2027). A left handed combo guard that scored 11 points a game last season, Horton is the main returning player for the Polars. Horton has a chance to be a two time all league player at NSP.

[player_tooltip player_id='2120503' first='Elijah' last='Ernwein'] (2026). Elijah scored eight points a game last year and he had a 20 point showing that won the contest for his team against SSP. Elijah is a 5'8 guard that will team with Horton and be a speedy combo.

[player_tooltip player_id='2464702' first='Elijah' last='Benepe'] (2027, [program_tooltip program_id='2075808' first='Powerhouse' last='MN']). This 6'5 player scored six points a game last year and he will be the stretch four man for the Polars. Good perimeter shooter and will have a big role considering all the players that graduated or transferred this off-season.

St. Anthony Village

[player_tooltip player_id='2120490' first='Brett' last='Siroin'] (2026, [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] DeLo). Who is the top returning scorer in this section? Brett Sirion who put up over 21 points per game last season! Brett has good size at 6'4 for a wing, he's strong at 210 pounds, and he will come at you and score in high percentage ways all game.

Isaan Kitila (2026, [program_tooltip program_id='2075674' first='Minnesota' last='Heat'] Dunlap). Isaan is a player with some quality potential. He is 6'6, he runs really well, there is athletic ability there (excellent in the triple jump), uses his length well on defense and can do some face-up stuff. Keep an eye on Isaan, there is a chance he can make a nice jump.

[player_tooltip player_id='2810595' first='Galatan' last='Kitila'] (2027, TLC Elite). Kitila scored nine points a game last year as a sophomore. He is 6'4/6'5 with a long frame like his brother, and good potential. The Siroin and Kitlas combo could make for a better SVA team that I think people are prepared for.

St. Paul Johnson

Kenny Turner (2026, [program_tooltip program_id='2075496' first='Grassroots' last='Sizzle']). The 6'6/6'7 low post player is strong and has some good hands. He scored 11 points a game for Johnson a season ago and is now the leading returning scorer and rebounder for the team.

Guarnio Kamp (2026, Hoop Habits). Kamp is a slashing scorer that put together a 9.4 point per game season last year as a junior and should be the guy on the wing getting the points for the Governors this entire.

Colin Moore (2027, Hoop Habits). Moore will be the playmaker, Moore could possibly be the top scorer, and I think it's safe to say that Johnson is now Moore's team to run. He's one of the better guards in the junior class and now we get a chance to see what he can do leading this preseason top five team.
