Elijah was another talented froncourt member on Team 19. At around 6’4-6’5, the St. Paul Johnson forward is a big threat in transition as he can elevate off two feet for some strong finishes. He showed that bounce when he got out in the open floor for a two handed dunk in the second half. Throughout the game he mixed in a few strong finishes off of drives, and he looks ready to be a key player for Johnson this winter.

The St. Paul Johnson forward is somebody we talked about this week in our preview for the City league. He scored a couple buckets a game last year and could have a bigger role this year based on the slashing finishes we saw during the Expo today. Elijah had a halfcourt two step to the rim dunk that had the people on the baseline howling and he was really good in the open floor. Active player today.

Elijah is an energetic and explosive forward with some length at 6’4-6’5 for Powerhouse MN. Over the weekend he was working hard on the glass, and was running the floor hard looking for transition opportunities. He was at his best getting out for transition finishes or stepping in from the dunker spot where he could explode to the rim. Effortlessly gets off the floor to finish over the top of shot blockers. He averaged 4.5 ppg this past season for St. Paul Johnson, but scored 15 and 18 in two section games.
