The Brown commit is the ultimate connector, filling a variety of roles on the floor and doing whatever it takes to impact winning. He played a major role this summer for the Middlesex Magic and should have a similar role this winter for one of the top prep teams in the country. He's physically strong, can defender on the perimeter or in the paint, and has the ability to finish around the rim with either hand. He does a nice job of moving the ball, makes good decisions with the ball in his hands, and plays with a high two-way motor.

+25 (#57 to #32)

Lomicka, a forward out of Suffield Academy, jumped 25 spots in this rankings update. An intriguing prospect with a nice combination of positional size, fluidity, and skill, he had a strong summer while running with the NJ Panthers. He's an above the rim athlete that does a great job of operating as a grab-and-go rebounder in transition, has the ability to knock down shots in catch and shoot situations, and shows some scoring ability in isolation situations. His ability to move laterally stands out defensively and with his length, he's a quality rim protector that covers space quickly.

+32 (#65 to #33)

Harrington, a guard out of the New Hampton School, jumped 32 spots in this rankings update. The big guard finished his summer with the Mass Rivals and continued to impress with his ability to consistently knock down shots from behind the arc. At 6'5", he has the ability to defend multiple positions, uses his length to his advantage in passing lanes, and doesn't mind mixing it up physically on the glass. Offensively, he's a willing ball mover that has good vision as a passer. He makes catch and shoot threes, has the ability to get his jumper off in tight windows, and is improving as a rim finisher.

+64 (#108 to #44)

Hynes, a wing out of Cushing Academy, jumped 64 spots in this rankings update. Versatility is his calling card, as he makes plays inside the paint and on the perimeter on both ends of the floor. He has good positional size, plus athleticism, and the ability to operate as a secondary ball-handler. Offensively, he can do a bit of everything, as he's a physical finisher at the rim, shows good vision as a passer, and knocks down shots in catch and shoot situations. On the other end, his ability to defend up and down a position, as well as to rebound it at a high clip, makes him a plus defender.

+40 (#104 to #64)

O'Connell, a guard out of Cushing Academy, jumped 40 spots in this rankings update. The high IQ lead guard has a great feel for the game with the ball in his hands, showing a nice feel as a decision maker out of ball screens and the ability to create for himself as an isolation scorer. He does a nice job of creating space with the bounce, has a quick first step when attacking the rim, and is capable of scoring at all three levels. He's ultra competitive and is willing to take on tough defensive matchups, showing the ability to move his feet to stay in front of the ball and a high understanding of where to be in rotations.

+25 (#103 to #78)

Schorr, a guard out of the Hotchkiss School, jumped 25 spots in this rankings update. The talented shooter had a strong summer with the NJ Panthers, showing that he could make jumpers against high level competition, both in stationary situations and as a movement shooter. He does a nice job of getting into his shot quickly, has deep range on his jumper, and is capable of making them in bunches. He has good size at the guard spot, is a capable decision maker in the half-court, and has some touch as a finisher in the paint. Defensively, he'll guard either back-court spot and does a nice job of being in the right position off the ball.

+71 (#158 to #87)

Safran, a guard out of the New Hampton School, jumped 71 spots in this rankings update. A high IQ guard, he's a strong decision maker and intelligent defender. Offensively, he can make good reads out of ball screens, knows how to find his teammates in scoring positions in transition, and does a nice job of picking his spots as a scorer. Defensively, he baits opponents into making passes that he can get to, knows how to play angles, and competes at the point of the attack. On top of all that, he does the little things that help contribute to winning.

+15 (#106 to #91)

Eaton, a guard out of the Tilton School, jumped 15 spots in this rankings update. The post-grad guard is a high level athlete that does a great job of using his quickness to his advantage when getting downhill. He attacks closeouts, does a great job of getting to the rim in transition, and shows the ability to finish in a variety of ways around the rim. He continues to be a tough shot maker, has the ability to operate as a primary handler in the half-court, and can make good passes out of ball screens. He's a tough on-ball defender that does a great job of making plays in passing lanes.

+26 (#150 to #124)

Camara, a wing out of Vermont Academy, jumped 26 spots in this rankings update. A recent transfer into the NEPSAC, he's a long and lean athlete that can fill a variety of roles for any team. With his length, he has the ability to be a disruptive defender, in the half-court and at the top of the press. He rebounds in traffic and in space, can push the ball as a ball-handler in transition, and uses a quick first step to get by the initial defender. He scores it with length at the rim and has added some creator ability off the bounce with the ball in his hands.

+40 (#199 to #159)

Lewis, a guard out of the Middlesex School, jumped 40 spots in this rankings update. The lefty does a nice job of knocking down shots in catch and shoot situations, has the ability to attack the rim off the bounce, and can even operate as a secondary playmaker. Defensively, his physical tools allow him to play at a high level, guarding any spot on the perimeter and keeping the ball out of the paint.

Later this week, we'll have Newcomers and a position by position breakdown!
