Our Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp is a newer addition to our event lineup, but it has immediately grown into a massive success. This year 120+ of the state's best Class of 2028 prospects came to receive updated evaluations from our scouting department. We were incredibly happy with the level of talent in attendance for this great event. Let's dive on in and take a look at our evaluations of the prospects that made up Team 1 at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp.

A 5'10" guard from Richmond High School, Stolle primarily ran the point during both 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 play at Sunday's Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. He showed off some shiftiness with the ball in his hands and used a variety of combo moves to get into the paint. Stolle was a good and willing passer as he drew help on the way to the basket. He is one that could earn some minutes in the Red Devils' backcourt this season.

Delaney is a long, athletic guard that impressed on both ends of the floor. Offensively he primarily played in the lead guard role as a facilitator. He had multiple nice kick-outs for open shots when he penetrated off of the bounce in 5-on-5 play. Then, defensively, his positional length allowed him to get some deflections and help on the defensive glass. Overall it was his ball handling and on-ball defense that stood out for this Perry Meridian High School product.

We have already identified Szaferski as one of the better pure point guards in Indiana's Class of 2028. The 5'10" playmaker got some valuable varsity experience as a freshman and will be asked to step into a larger role as a sophomore at Bishop Luers High School. Based on what we saw on Sunday, he is up for the task. Szaferski is a pass-first point guard with excellent instincts as he drives to the basket. He passes it so well with both hands from a live dribble and has a great feel for the game while playing without turning the ball over.

This 6'1" guard from Lake Central High School got busy during 3-on-3 play. He made a nice spin move at the free throw line into a pull-up jump shot and knocked in a left wing three-pointer while we were watching. Alexander also was able to drive to the basket in a straight line a few times. Defensively, Alexander was one of the better communicators on Team 1 at Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. It was an impressive two-way showing for him on Sunday.

Another Bishop Luers High School sophomore here on Team 1, Stidams first stands out due to his impressive athletic and physical tools. The 6'2" guard has a long, lean build with a clear pop of athleticism. His perimeter shooting stroke looked good, but during 5-on-5 play he primarily shined with a couple of plays up at the rim. Stidams finished an offensive rebound putback for an And-1 and threw down a big dunk off of a throw ahead in transition.

This 6'2" guard from New Palestine High School has a long, thin frame. He was consistently involved in the rebounding efforts from the perimeter and specifically had some success when crashing the offensive glass. Pardue was able to play on and off of the ball times, but looked most comfortable to us as a spot-up catch-and-shoot threat during 5-on-5 play. As he continues to get physically stronger he is one that could really see his game take off in a hurry.

Jones is one of the many prospects that came into the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp with some notoriety. He averaged 17.0 points per game as a freshman at Borden and had an excellent spring/summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2637977' first='ERA' last='Elite']. The 6'4" guard really got going in his second game of 5-on-5 on Sunday knocking down jump shots, showcasing his athleticism as a finisher up around the rim, and flashing some playmaking ability as well. He is a very gifted offensive player with good positional size and athleticism.

Normally known as a knockdown three-point shooting specialist, Cardwell put some other areas of his game on display at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. The 6'2" guard from Kokomo High School found success attacking closeouts and finished a couple of good looking floaters in the lane as he drove the basketball. Adding some off-the-dribble scoring ability to what we already know is a high percentage shooting ability will make Cardwell even more dangerous offensively.

We already wrote about Rucker as we identified him as one of our top performers at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. The 6'5" wing/forward showcases such fluid athleticism and offensive versatility. He can step out and hit outside shots, attack the basket off of the dribble, or use his size to score inside. We've been high on Rucker since seeing him first over the summer and he reiterated why we have him ranked #20 in the Class of 2028 prospect rankings.

Another Top 25 Class of 2028 prospect that earned top performer honors from Team 1 at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp, Davison proved himself once again as one of the top pure scorers in the class. He is knockdown shooter from beyond the arc, but really showcased his improved athleticism and ability to make plays off of the bounce. At 6'3", the New Palestine High School product has good positional size on the wing as well.
