Black Team Preview – Toledo Top 64

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Toledo Top 64 is back for its 4th consecutive year, and this will be the preview of the Black team at this event!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><br>This team is littered with guard talent. The duo of Bates and Chris Poellnitz will be really fun to watch and interesting to see. Then they have other wings and guards that I think will make a huge impact on the defensive end. Going into his senior year, I expect him to be not only a great leader for Pickerington North but also one of the focal points in the event. He's a really smart, shifty guard who scores the ball with efficiency and confidence. He's long, athletic, and plays with a smoothness that makes him tough to guard. He's a really good slasher who thrives in transition and knows how to use his length to finish around the rim. Defensively, he has the wingspan and quickness to disrupt opponents and guard multiple positions. He can stretch the floor by knocking down shots from anywhere, but he's also big enough to be impactful in the paint as a rebounder. He's a really smart, high-IQ guard who knows how to run a team and make the right play. He's an excellent passer who understands when to create for teammates and when to take his own shot.
