Poellnitz showed great promise for being a freshman. He scored the ball frequently and was able to get to different spots. He made a living at the foul line and made the most of his opportunities from the charity stripe. He was also able to make his teammates better with his ability to facilitate. Poellnitz finished with 13 points. He shows promise as a freshman and will be worth tracking for the years to come.

Poellnitz is a bucket getter. The game comes very easily to him because he knows how to manipulate the defense. He knows how to attack them and switch speed so he can create space for himself. He establishes great space whenever he wants to. He has a pure shot. Great rotation on the ball as it barely touches the rim.
