1.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2419783' first='Sam' last='Church'] (Muscatine) -- 31/60 (51.7%)

A long, athletic 6-4 wing, Church was remarkably efficient from everywhere on the floor as a sophomore for the Muskies, posting 51-52-72 shooting splits for one of the state's most surprising teams. He has great size on the wing, allowing him to shoot over defenders, and he has a quick release off both the dribble and the catch.

2.) 2028 [player_tooltip player_id='2595698' first='Marcus' last='Morgan Jr'] (Davenport North) -- 26/51 (51.0%)*

Morgan was really productive as a freshman at North Scott, averaging 6.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game on 48-51 shooting splits. He's an active defender, high-level athlete, and a sharpshooter with a quick release off the catch who moves really well without the ball in his hands.

3.) 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='1765555' first='Drake' last='Medinger'] (Senior) -- 49/98 (50.0%)

Medinger is an explosive three-level scorer who can create plays off the dribble for himself and his teammates. He shoots it exceptionally well off both the dribble and the catch, and he'll pair with [player_tooltip player_id='1172887' first='Tevin' last='Schultz'] to give the Rams one of the most dynamic one-two punches in the state.

4.) 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='2023719' first='Will' last='Wehr'] (Prairie) -- 41/84 (48.8%)

Wehr had some truly explosive scoring games during his 17U summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2246861' first='Murray' last='Elite'], with several games in which he knocked down eight 3s. He's a pure shooter with picturesque form, great off-ball movement, and a lightning-quick release.

5.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2419793' first='Mack' last='Heitland'] (Waukee Northwest) -- 51/105 (48.6%)

Also one of the state's elite quarterbacks, Heitland is a gifted shooter who takes full advantage of the open looks that his highly skilled teammates routinely get him. He gets great rotation on his shot, has a quick, clean release, and moves really well off the ball.

6.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2107245' first='Zane' last='Rus'] (North Scott) -- 52/115 (45.2%)

A talented junior wing, Rus got off to a bit of a slow start for the Lancers following his move back from Arizona, but he really came on strong over the last month-and-a-half. An athletic 6-6 wing with a smooth stroke and the ability to knock down shots off the dribble and the catch, he looks primed to have a big junior year for the Lancers.

7.) 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='1765524' first='Evan' last='Jacobson'] (Waukee) -- 38/85 (44.7%)

A versatile inside-out scorer with great footwork and soft touch around the rim, Jacobson also has some finesse to his game, stepping out to the arc and stretching the floor at a high level. At 6-7/6-8, his shot is nearly impossible to contest, and he has a feathery stroke from distance.

8.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2366206' first='Jeremiah' last='Slaughter'] (Council Bluffs Lincoln) -- 56/128 (43.8%)

Slaughter was really good as a sophomore, and followed it up with a great 16U spring and summer. A quick guard who can create quality looks for himself and his teammates off the bounce, he does a great job getting the ball into his shooting pocket off the dribble in the blink of an eye.

9.) 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='1172887' first='Tevin' last='Schultz'] (Senior) -- 30/69 (43.5%)

Like Jacobson, Schultz is an inside-out scoring threat who can do a little bit of everything on the offensive end of the floor. He's a really good athlete with strength who can bully his way to the rim for finishes against anyone, and he has the requisite size to shoot over any defender.

10.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2754678' first='Michael' last='Gordon'] (Bettendorf) -- 37/86 (43.0%)*

Another talented shooter who played at North Scott last season, Gordon has transferred to Bettendorf, where he'll give the Bulldogs an elite shooting threat off the catch. He has a lightning-quick release, unlimited range, and is really active off the ball. He had some big games this spring and summer as a shooting threat and will carry that momentum into his junior year with the 'Dogs.
