Expert Analysis
Michael Schneiderman | Prep Hoops Scout
Another explosive wing for Mac Irvin that brings eye catching activity to his game. Likes to play above the rim on both ends. Showed offensive versatility with spot up threes, floaters in lane, and strong decision-making capabilities with the correct reads. Will make the extra pass when defense collapses. A strong 2-way contributor that uses natural athletic ability to advantage while also competing with smart IQ.

, Marcus is a tough, athletic wing who can really shoot it from the 3-point line. He knocked down 51% of his attempts from distance last season for North Scott, while averaging 6.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game. He’s a bit more of a catch-and-shoot weapon right now, but is working to become more of an off-the-dribble threat as well. He’s a really good, tenacious rebounder who does a great job high-pointing the ball, and is a good enough ball-handler to lead the break after pulling down a defensive board.

North Scott is going to be absolutely loaded with young talent, and Morgan, an athletic, long 6-1 wing, is one of those key pieces. He has great vision and is a skilled ball-handler who can really create plays off the bounce for his teammates or get to the bucket for his own finishes. He can finish at the rim with either hand, and do so through contact, and he shoots it well off the dribble. He’s a high upside wing.
