PG [player_tooltip player_id='2595605' first='MarQwan' last='Morgan'] | Davenport North
The move: 2 to 1

Morgan was really productive in his freshman year at North Scott, averaging 13.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.3 steals per game. Then he followed that up with one of the best summers of any player in the state, regardless of class. He occasionally played up with Kevon Looney Power 5's 17U team, and had some truly explosive games throughout the summer as a three-level scorer, defender, and playmaker.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2478747' first='Nash' last='Kooken'] | Waukee Northwest
The move: 12 to 3

Kooken put together a fantastic spring and summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2270834' first='Iowa' last='United'] that led to him picking up a pair of big-time Division I offers from Oregon and Arizona State. An elite shooter with great handles, feel, and creativity with the ball in his hands, he'll step into a much larger role for the Wolves as a sophomore.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2523928' first='Vasaun' last='Wilmington'] | North Scott
The move: 11 to 7

Speaking of players with elite handles, Wilmington has the ball on a string and is always in control of the game on the offensive end. With quick hands, great lateral movement, and a tremendous feel for the game, he's an impact player on both ends of the floor who looks primed for a breakout sophomore year for North Scott after a strong spring and summer with Mokan.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='2523891' first='Carter' last='Thielen'] | Lewis Central
The move: 13 to 8

After seeing him play in-person at the Winterset Shootout in June, it was clear that Thielen needed to make another jump up the rankings in this loaded class. A 6-4 wing who can score from anywhere, he makes the game look effortless. He shoots it well off both the dribble and the catch, knows how to get to his spots off the bounce, is willing to post up smaller defenders, and can provide some versatility on the defensive end.

CG [player_tooltip player_id='2523911' first='Justin' last='Brown'] | Bettendorf
The move: 23 to 17

Brown is a talented guard who can play with or without the ball in his hands. He sees the floor well and plays with pace when he's operating as a playmaker, and he can knock down shots off the catch in bunches.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2860226' first='Taylor' last='Carter'] | Cedar Falls
The move: 31 to 23

A smooth lead guard with tight handles, a great first step, and excellent court vision, Carter is a pass-first guard who does a great job setting up his teammates and taking advantage of any open opportunities he can create for himself.

PF [player_tooltip player_id='2523919' first='Quinn' last='Roorda'] | Pella
The move: 37 to 25

Roorda put together a nice spring and summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2246861' first='Murray' last='Elite'], showing his ability to score on the block or step out and space the floor with a smooth jumper. He's active on the glass on both ends of the floor, can provide some versatility defensively, and is a willing passer out of the post.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='2523927' first='Trey' last='Crawford'] | Centennial
The move: 42 to 30

A quick guard with good handles and a great feel for the game, Crawford can do a little bit of everything on the offensive end of the floor, playing with or without the ball in his hands. He has a good mid-range game, can get to the bucket off the dribble, and is a really skilled passer with great vision.
