[player_tooltip player_id='2561052' first='Chase' last='Maetzold'] - The six-foot-six-inch 2028 Chaska front-court Maetzold impressed me in July with his fluidness in the pick and pop game. Set the screen, pop to the perimeter and without hesitation shot the ball with accuracy from the perimeter. Maetzold projects very well as a stretch-four with his size already and his matures he could be a tough player at the Varsity level to guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='2388674' first='Jonas' last='McCreary'] - The six-foot-six-inch 2028 wing showed he was not just the best player on his MN Fury team but the court multiple times this spring and summer. McCreary's size and length combined with his agile movements and ball handling skills put him a step in front of many wings in his class. McCreary showed ability from the perimeter, spotted up or off dribble that this coming high school season he should be right beside fellow 2028 wing [player_tooltip player_id='2557528' first='Ichima' last='Idoko'], the #1 rated player in Minnesota for the 2028 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='2397563' first='Thomas' last='Jordan'] - The six-foot-four-inch 2028 Jordan played all summer with the [program_tooltip program_id='2821775' first='Buffalo' last='Legacy'] 16U team and Jordan showed why he was a top 3 player during the 24-25 season. Game after game, tournament after tournament Jordan was the top scorer, grabbed five or six boards, and handed out a few assists. Jordan holds his own on defense with his six-foot-four-inch frame and offers secondary ball handler duties well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2417305' first='Romeo' last='Kromah'] - The six-foot-two-inch Moorhead guard from the summer going into his freshman year last year to the end of June 2025 Kromah went from a bigger and more athletic player to a player who uses his handle along with his athleticism to get places with the ball. At Moorhead they used Kromah last year in the middle of the press off the bench and his energy along with agility and quickness gave them that important 6th man. What I've seen from him playing for [program_tooltip program_id='2076003' first='West' last='Central United'] is a player ready and able to take a bigger role, especially if he continues to make shots like he did in a few games for WC United.

[player_tooltip player_id='2560485' first='Jackson' last='Vargas'] - The 2028 Rogers and Hoops Habit guard showed off his ability to shoot more often than not this summer and has some growth in ball handling and passing. Vargas has recently grown a few more inches and is standing six-foot-four-inches now, which as he matures more will give himself more versatility on the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2406558' first='Nicholas' last='Vanheel'] - Vanheel made a significant improvement this spring and summer playing for [program_tooltip program_id='2888391' first='Minnesota' last='Comets'] Elite Gagner athletically. Vanheel looked much quicker, stronger, bouncier, and faster from April to early July. Combined with his six-foot-four-inch frame Vanheel is an ideal forward that scores inside, rebounds, and defends the post.

[player_tooltip player_id='2836802' first='Wech' last='Kuornyuot'] - The six-foot-seven-inch Stillwater 2028 center has good agility, strength and speed combined with length. Kuomyuot playing for Real Phenom looked very much under development but from where he was he's showing rapid improvement along with some great traits in length and size.

[player_tooltip player_id='2837250' first='Zeid' last='Ndiaye'] - Ndiaye is a six-foot-seven-inch forward from Concordia Academy and MN Heat Dedina. Ndiaye is relatively new to hoops, 2 and half years playing, and at times that looks so, but Ndiaye has good footwork, quickness and strength. In the fall Ndiaye plays soccer and if you've followed the EURO's that play big time basketball they all played soccer at some point. On the floor Ndiaye's effort shines, and outworks opponents on both sides of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2832193' first='Erik' last='Bakke'] - Bakke stands out immediately because of his frame, he's long and lanky six-foot-nine-inches tall. In the winter when I saw him at Blaine on their freshman team it was clear Bakke needed to play stronger versus opponents. Although some of the physically Bakke struggled with his length and size he used well, especially blocking shots. He showed good anticipation and although his obvious size advantage guards would challenge him and he sent their attempts back. Good agility for his size and he made good strides his summer with Real Phenom 16U.

[player_tooltip player_id='2382519' first='Eston' last='Bethel'] - The 2028 Fergus Falls guard showed each and every tournament he was ready to handle the ball from the point, get his teammates involved and still keep himself involved scoring. Bethel is a quick with and without the ball, and doesn't allow his five-foot-eight-inch height stop him from making an impact all over the court.
