Trevino is a high-IQ guard who can catch fire in a hurry. This summer with Pro Skills, he really found his rhythm as a confident shooter who squares up and lets it fly. He also breaks defenders down off the bounce, and finishes creatively around the rim. His face-up game stands out. He looked sharp on the circuit and will need to carry that momentum into the season with ThunderRidge, which returns some good guards to the squad. Excited to see how he fares as he jumps onto our rankings.

Vandermeer's stats don't tell the full story of his production for Lewis-Palmer, and we saw that on display at Colorado Live as well as this summer. He's the team's defensive anchor and a true menace on that side of the ball as he's a guard who plays on-ball who pressures opponents, disrupts passing lanes, and makes life challenging for scorers. Offensively, he handles the rock, attacks gaps, and finishes when needed. It's hard to keep a guy off the floor when he impacts the game on both ends like Vandermeer does, and he makes a debut in our rankings.

Hoerl is a 6'4 multi-sport athlete whose athleticism jumps off the court. As a three-year varsity player, he averaged 4.7 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.1 steals per game as a junior, demonstrating his understanding of his role. He's a high-motor rebounder with soft touch inside and a willingness to get teammates involved. Brady is a classic hustle guy as he crashes the glass, plays through contact, and makes winning plays down the stretch. He is jumping onto our rankings this time around after a solid performance last season.

Burke is a 6'6 big man who knows how to use his size. He's a rim protector who rotates in help, alters shots, and isn't afraid to put a body on someone. Last season, he averaged 5.4 points and 3.5 rebounds a game, but it's his presence down low that makes the difference. With [program_tooltip program_id='2075812' first='Rocky' last='Mountain Fever'], he looked more confident as he was boxing out, setting hard screens, and staying active without plays called for him. I think he will have a big year, and he earned his spot in the rankings this go round.

Amoah didn't log big varsity minutes last year, but that's about to change. With [program_tooltip program_id='2075406' first='Hardwood' last='Evolution'], he was a beast inside as he was using his strong 6'6 frame to dominate the boards, finish through contact, and create second-chance points. He's relentless, runs the floor hard, and doesn't shy away from physical play. Expect Amoah to emerge as Cherokee Trail's main inside presence and have a breakout year.
