Our time in Rock Hill, South Carolina came to an end on Sunday. We were still able to catch four games on the final day featuring several Indiana-based teams and prospects before heading on down further south to North Augusta, South Carolina for another week full of basketball. As we do each day, let's run through some of the individual top performers from Sunday's action at the 3SSB Palmetto Road Championship as well as one game we watched of Adidas Gold action.

Coolman continued to prove himself as one of the top Class of 2028 prospects in the country. He is such a smooth operator with the ball in his hands, is a high-level passer, and shoots it at a high percentage from beyond the arc. The 6'4" guard from Penn High School finished with 15 points in Sunday morning's 76-65 win over BABC 15u. Coolman has been a standout for Indiana Elite 15u throughout the 3SSB Palmetto Road Championship.

This 6'9" center really impressed us on Sunday with his fluid mobility at his height and young age. Hillerich is able to rebound his area at a high level, was excellent as an outlet passer, and blocked several shots at the rim. He finished with 12 points, 3 assists, and 2 blocked shots to help lead Indiana Elite 15u to a 76-65 win over BABC 15u. College coaches will certainly want to follow this young big man out of the state of Kentucky as he progresses over the next few years.

We made the move over to Northwestern High School to watch the championship game of the 16u Adidas Gold East bracket which featured [program_tooltip program_id='2076924' first='EG10' last=''] 16u from Indiana take on West Michigan Premier 16u. This left-handed guard was one of two that stole the show for the group out of Michigan. He came out of the gate hot connecting on three three-point shots and went on to score 14 points as they rolled to a 63-38 victory to win the 16u Adidas Gold title.

There are few prospects, even at the national level, that have the type of physical and athletic tools of this 6'4"-6'5" wing from Summit Country Day in Ohio. Joiner was excellent on Sunday morning showcasing his athletic ability, dominating the game in transition, and impacting the game defensively. He went for 20 points and 8 rebounds in the game as Indiana Elite 15u took down BABC 15u 76-65. There is a ton of upside to Joiner's game, but he also has plenty of game right now. He is undoubtedly one of the best prospects in the Midwest right now.

This prospect out of Columbus East High School is known for stuffing the stat sheet. He did exactly that on Sunday morning as [program_tooltip program_id='2400000' first='Indiana' last='Elite Team Indiana'] turned in an impressive performance with a dominant 79-54 victory. Lawson was especially impressive on the defensive end using his length and athleticism to be disruptive all over the floor. He finished with 18 pints, 8 rebounds, 4 steals, and 4 blocks in the contest.

Indiana Elite 17u was able to finish third place in the 3SSB Palmetto Road Championship bracket despite losing a couple of key players prior to the event, losing a backup guard on Friday, and playing Sunday's contest without their Purdue commit point guard. Shaw stepping up as one of the best players on the floor was a big reason for their success. The 6'6" wing from Crown Point High School posted 16 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists as Indiana Elite dominated New World 17u 83-58.

Ranked as a five-star prospect nationally, it should really come as no surprise that Thompson was one of the best players in the gym throughout the weekend. However, he took his game to another level in Rock Hill. The 6'8" left-handed wing scored 30+ points in four of Indiana Elite 17's six games including a 35-point, 8-rebound performance as they won Sunday's third place contest 83-58 against New World 17u. Thompson will remain one of the country's most sought after prospects until he ultimately makes his college decision.

[program_tooltip program_id='2400000' first='Indiana' last='Elite Team Indiana'] went 3-2 in Rock Hill after qualifying for 3SSB play. Weemer, a 6'6" forward from Hamilton Southeastern High School, had an excellent week/weekend and certainly should see his recruitment continue to heat up among scholarship programs. He shot the ball very well at the event including on Sunday where he finished with 18 points on a couple of three-point shots and several mid-range jump shots. What he can do as a perimeter scorer at his size is very impressive.

One of two very impressive left-handed guards for West Michigan Premier 16u, Zichterman caught fire in the second half to help his team cruise to the Adidas Gold East Championship with a 63-38 win over EG10 16u. The 6'1" guard ended up connecting on five three-point shots and scored a game-high 22 points in the contest. His ability to get loose beyond the arc, even as he continued to make shots, was very impressive.
