We continue to roll out our post-spring rankings today with a look at the Class of 2027.

After taking a deep dive on the 2026's last week, we'll turn our attention to the rising junior class, one that has great depth and is as talented at the top as any class in recent memory.

With Kamsi Awaka recently announcing that he will spend the upcoming year at Blair Academy, our most recent #1 vacated the rankings, meaning there will be a new top dog in New England going forward for the Class of 2027.

Truth be told, this spot might've changed hands regardless of what movement occurred in the last week, as [player_tooltip player_id='2470882' first='Theo' last='Edema'] took hold of the national spotlight this spring and in doing so, has vaulted to the #1 spot in this update. A national stock riser, Edema has cemented his status as a Top 100 recruit and, in the last week alone, secured offers from Tennessee, Kansas, Oklahoma State, Alabama, and Villanova.

[player_tooltip player_id='2470973' first='Greyson' last='Pierce'] moves up two spots and now holds the #2 ranking, while [player_tooltip player_id='1958489' first='Clyde' last='Walters'] also climbed two spots into #3. Pierce, a versatile hybrid forward that will head to St. Thomas More in the fall, impacts games on both ends of the floor with his plus athleticism and high level feel for the game. Walters, an athletic wing out of Brewster Academy, impresses as a three level scorer, strong two-way rebounder, and versatile defender.

At #4 is [player_tooltip player_id='2341434' first='DJ' last='Hawkins'] out of St. Thomas More. A crafty scoring guard, he has elite positional measurables, the ability to make tough shots in isolations, and continues to improve as an on-ball creator.

[player_tooltip player_id='2470964' first='Antonio' last='Pemberton'] rounds out the Top 5 at #5 and continues to show off his ability to run an offense, while also providing perimeter scoring. The Brewster Academy guard plays with a good feel for the game, can make tough shots, and is a quality decision maker in ball screen actions.

In all, 200 prospects have been ranked in this update, with an additional 148 appearing on the Watch List.

All six New England state are represented in these rankings, with prospects coming from the NEPSAC, the Power 5, the Nike EYBL Scholastic, and each of the six state associations.

Positionally, these rankings feature 36 Point Guards, 45 Combo Guards, 39 Shooting Guards, 36 Small Forwards, 28 Power Forwards, and 16 Centers.
