Shay was a key piece of [program_tooltip program_id='2075685' first='Minnesota' last='Select']'s path to a 16U title this weekend. The 5'10” guard plays so hard on both ends of the floor, showing no fear whatsoever. He was a pest for opposing ball handlers, forcing turnovers and making life difficult. He was great at using the dribble to work inside or into the mid-range. Jackson had many different ways he could finish around the rim and was looking to get to his pull-up mid-range jumper often.

Sage has a rare combination of size and skill that makes him a division 1 prospect. At 6'9”, he moves very well for his size, being able to run the floor and rise vertically for big dunks and blocks. He also showed flashes of working on the perimeter, being able to put the ball on the floor and knock down an open jumper. His length allowed him to be a great defender inside as well, making it very difficult for anyone else to get off a shot in his vicinity.

Dre has had a huge spring and capped it off with a pair of dominant performances in the 16U semifinals and championship. He is one of the best attackers in his class, as he is unstoppable when he gets going downhill. He was drawing fouls and finishing through contact all day. His athleticism is next level and continues to improve, allowing him to throw down some highlight reel dunks in the open floor. Collins is a tough player who plays very hard and physically.

Jaylan was running with [program_tooltip program_id='2075685' first='Minnesota' last='Select'] this past weekend, turning in an impressive weekend. His game is so smooth and he looked great creating with the ball in his hands. He has a pretty pull-up jumper that he would go to in the mid-range and he had some crafty finishes around the basket, including a one-hand dunk that caught my attention. Hynes has a lot of great tools to be an impactful wing at the next level.

I saw Ben play up at the 15U level last year and he has been even more impressive playing with this [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] Wilde 15U squad this spring that has now won back-to-back championships at Prep Hoops events. He is tough to stay in front of with the ball in his hands, as he has great change of pace and a deep bag of moves to work around his defender. Koch is also a lights out shooter from the perimeter, as he looked more than comfortable knocking down tough looks.

Jameson turned in a fantastic weekend for Minnesota Gold, being a key piece of their run to the 16U semifinals. He has a long 6'7” frame, which he used to dominate on the boards. The 2027 forward came away with contested rebounds on both ends of the floor, as he cashed in on many second chance baskets. McCarthy is also great with his back to the basket, taking full advantage of a smaller defender being matched up with him.

Brady was a beast inside on Sunday, holding down the paint and helping his team to the 15U title. He has a strong 6'5” frame and used that to work with his back to the basket for scores. He is also a fantastic rebounder and interior defensive presence, blocking shots and playing solid defense in both the semifinals and championship game.
