We are hard at work here in the month of June covering weekly high school leagues, team camps, shootouts, and much more. However, even during all of the busy scholastic competition going on this month, we also wanted to find time to update our prospect rankings. This week features our updated and expanded Prep Hoops Indiana Class of 2027 Prospect Rankings. We are up to 100 ranked prospects and over 450 total rising junior prospects in the database as a whole after adding about 60 new names this update. As always, we will spend the whole week diving deeper in the rankings. Let's begin here by highlighting some more prospects who improved their ranking the most from the last March update.

We have had a chance to watch this strong, physical, 6'1" guard several times throughout the spring on the Prep Hoops Circuit. He has also played well early on this summer with Brebeuf Jesuit as a rising junior. Ford excels with his athleticism and physicality, but is continuing to develop as a jump shooter as well. Look for him to really emerge as one of the best players for the Braves this coming season. He has jumped from #67 to #56 overall in the Class of 2027 prospect rankings. Ford has a chance to really be a two-way force on the perimeter.

Tall perimeter players who can really shoot it are always in still. That is what has led to [player_tooltip player_id='2622251' first='Caden' last='Jones'] jumping up from the Watch List to #81 overall in the Class of 2027 prospect rankings. This Edgewood High School rising junior is 6'6" and can really shoot it from beyond the arc. We caught a glimpse of his catch-and-shoot ability at UA Rise Session I in Hamilton, Ohio were he starred for Indiana Jammers 16u. Look for him to be one that, down the road, could be a stock-riser once again if everything continues to develop on the same trajectory.

There is certainly no shortage of talent coming through the system at Silver Creek High School right now. Linderman is yet another name to get excited about and one for college coaches to track closely in the Class of 2027. The 6'8" forward/center is very bouncy around the basket, can get vertical to play above the rim on both ends of the floor, and projects as a high-level rebounder as well. Getting stronger and filling out his thin frame will be part of his continued development in the coming years, but there is a lot to like about the projectable package. Linderman jumped up from the Watch List to #70 in the Class of 2027 rankings.

One of the top under-the-radar guards in Indiana's Class of 2027, Schlabach is slowly starting to play his way onto the scene. The talented 6'1" guard had a great spring with [program_tooltip program_id='2228160' first='OPS' last=''] on the UA Rise Circuit proving himself against his peers from across the country. He has already been a major contributor at Westview High School and should continue to be a go-to scoring option for them. Schlabach is very athletic, creates his own shot well from all three levels, and has some versatility when it comes to playing on or off of the ball. The pop of explosiveness that he possesses is what really separates him from other guards in the class and led to a jump in the rankings from #50 to #40 overall.

Admittedly, Wagner was barely on our radar at alll a couple of months ago. However, after attending UA Rise Session I in Hamilton, Ohio and watching him play with [program_tooltip program_id='2075551' first='Indiana' last='Game'] we knew we would have to quickly move him up into our. Class of 2027 prospect rankings. We've seen him as recently as Tuesday night at the Chesterton Summer League as well where he once again looked great against some of the best prospects in The Region. The 6'7" left-handed forward has a well-rounded skill set that includes the ability to face-up and stretch the floor out to the perimeter. Wagner has jumped from the Watch List to #43 overall in the Class of 2027.

One of the more explosively athletic wings in the rising junior class, we've already seen Walker step into a larger role for Fishers High School this summer. What he brings to the table athletically and on the defensive end of the floor will help to replace what the Tigers, who are 58-1 over the last two seasons, lost to graduation. Walker is a strong right hand driver, can make plays in transition, and should be an effective offensive rebounder from the perimeter. There is a lot to like about his two-way ability going forward and it will be fun to watch him blossom for one of the best teams in the state. He has jumped up from the Watch List to #71 in the rankings.

We really were impressed with Weber's production while watching him with [program_tooltip program_id='2076166' first='Grand' last='Park Premier'] earlier this spring. There is a lot of front court talent at Hamilton Southeastern right now, but Weber will absolutely play a big role for the Royals as a junior. The 6'6" is very mobile and athletic as a rim runner and on the roll. He has shown the ability to race up and drive it in a straight line to the rim as well. The way he moves around at his size is what is most intriguing when projecting him down the road a couple of years and is largely why he catapulted up from th eWatch List to #66 overall in the Class of 2027.

Wilkerson was a role player on Jeffersonville's Class 4A State Championship team as a sophomore. Now, the versatile 6'3" wing will be asked to become a major contributor for the Red Devils. He has looked the part in that go-to sort of role with Progeny on the UA Rise Circuit through the spring. Between him ability to drive the basket, make open shots from the perimeter, and provide some additional rebounding from the wings there is a lot of skill and versatility to like Wilkerson jumped up from the Watch List to make his debut at #68 in our Class of 2027 Prospect Rankings.
