The Prep Hoops Battle At The Lakes was full of bucket-getters. Check out which prospects boosted their team with elite scoring at Maple Grove Middle School this past weekend.    Tschetter is a skilled three-level scorer with a high IQ. The ability to rise up and get his shot off in limited space allows him to create shots for himself regardless of what the defense is doing. It seems as if the 6'1" point guard is never rattled and rises to the moment. He is a crafty player, and that helps him find success inside the paint and amongst the trees. Tschetter is a confident scoring threat who is tough to speed up and is capable of beating you from all areas on the court.     Ryba plays with great low-post positioning and a full bag of post moves. He'll beat you with his back to the basket, and in face-up situations, he takes and makes smart shots, scores with both hands, and finishes through contact. Ryba is a good rebounder and cleans up a lot on the offensive glass, giving him easy scores under the rim. I like the vision he has and the ability to pass out of the low-post. Ryba sets good screens and has good hands. He simplifies his scoring efforts, knowing his size and athleticism give him an advantage.     Getting downhill and scoring in transition seems to be an area where Thiel thrives. He has great mobility for his size and uses his strength to attack the basket. Thiel can show off some pretty acrobatic finishes in the paint. These nonstop attacks to the rim open up his three-ball. The 2027 shooting guard makes scoring look easy and makes some incredibly tough shots.     Percic is a lead guard who plays with great intensity and physicality. The lefty displays relentless dribble drives, which opens up the three-ball for him as the game develops. He likes the dribble pull-up in the mid-range and seemingly can get that shot off whenever his team needs an easy bucket. There aren't too many players that you can give the ball to at half-court and rely on to regularly give you a good shot. Percic is one of those few, he plays with passion and makes winning plays.     In Jenpa's Saturday afternoon game that I was watching, the 6'3" forward ripped the nets from the opening tip to the final buzzer. This consistent scoring is an asset that not many prospects have. Many players can score short bursts, but Jenpa's ability to be a shot-maker throughout the whole game separates him. Jenpa has very fluid mechanics in his jumper and always makes the right play. Jenpa keeps the game simple and doesn't force anything, his buckets look effortless.     Salemi is a versatile wing who plays with great physicality. He's very strong, which allows him to easily discard defenders as he attacks the basket, something he does well. He can go either direction and finish with both hands. Salemi handles well for his size and always keeps his eyes up, searching for the open man. Salemi can stretch the floor, but he's at his best when driving downhill.     The craftiness Hans plays with allows him to find his spots on the floor consistently. He knows how to position himself to find scoring advantages. I like his ability to post up on smaller guards, using patience and ball fakes to score. His turnaround jumper is pretty much automatic, and thanks to a high release point, he's tough to block. Hans can create his own shot, play off the catch, and score from all three levels.     Using great speed and ball-handling skills, Myszkowski can navigate through the defense with little resistance. The 2027 point guard shoots it with a quick release, extended range, and can get hot in a hurry. Once he's found a scoring groove, it opens everything up for his team. Additional defensive pressure usually follows when he catches fire from three. This gives him driving opportunities where he can score on his own through a variety of different finishes, or kick it out to the open man. Myszkowski is a talented scorer and one to keep an eye on.
