AAU Team Preview: Minnesota Comets Elite Dahl 17U

<p>The 17U [program_tooltip program_id='2888391' first='Minnesota' last='Comets'] Elite Dahl will play in two Prep Hoops Circuit tournaments this spring and summer. Rickard through the first 12 games of the 2025-26 season was the 2nd leading scorer in the state of North Dakota. James ended up averaging 19 points per game for Westonka. James can make shots off the dribble in all ranges. Starzl is a good athlete, has solid size to handle players inside.</p>   <p>#22 [player_tooltip player_id='2371558' first='Jack' last='Abfalter'] - Abfalter is a six-foot-five-inch Foley forward that has ball skills to play on the perimeter. Abfalter can shoot the ball from the perimeter, is a strong floor runner, and has good size to defend inside. Hofer is a worker in the paint, scoring and rebounding. Hofer is a difficult player to keep away from the ball. Hofer physically can wall up inside. When catching the ball in the post or high-post area Hofer is a solid player with his back to basket and when facing up slow footed taller forwards and centers struggle to keep Hofer away from the rim.</p>    <p>#33 [player_tooltip player_id='2126126' first='Ray' last='Brau'] - Brau is a six-foot-eight-inch center from Hibbing is a super producing center. This season the 2027 junior averaged 26.3 points, 12.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.8 blocks per game. Birkeland can shoot off the dribble or spot up. Birkeland can operate with the ball in his hands and can function as a creator with the ball on the wing.</p>
