After hearing some good things about him from earlier events this spring, this was my first time seeing Massimo play. I came away impressed with his passing and finishing ability. At 6'1 he has a quick burst to get downhill, and some explosive athleticism to hang in the air to make otherwise difficult finishes look routine. That explosiveness also translated to a transition dunk in the first half. He seems to have eyes in the back of his head at times as he delivered some flashy assists as well to set up his teammates. There were a few times he got caught trying to do too much and ended up turning it over, but it was a strong overall performance helping lead 24:Up to a win in their opener.

Riley was controlling the tempo in a win for [program_tooltip program_id='2496167' first='Pro' last='Lane']. The Wisconsin Lutheran guard just knows how to play the game, getting his team into their offense, and working the ball around to keep everyone involved. You'll never really see the ball stick in his hands, as Riley knows exactly what he's going to do as soon as it comes his way. He looked comfortable handling it under pressure, and when left open was making defenders pay for giving him space. Knocked down four jumpers and played an all-around strong game helping lead his team to a win.

Jayden has some nice tools to work with moving forward. I didn't see any height listed, but he looks close to 6'5, and moves pretty well at that size. Jayden showcased a smooth shot from beyond the arc, and around the basket did a nice job of playing off of two feet. That allowed him to power his way to the rim at times, while otherwise showcasing a turnaround jumper that he can hit over the top of length. Jayden competed on the glass, and had some key buckets late in the game that gave his team a chance in the final minute of play.

Cornell is a lightning quick guard out of Wisconsin Lutheran. He came up with some big plays on Friday night utilizing his quickness to pressure opposing guards and force mistakes out on the perimeter. From there he had the speed in the open floor to score easy buckets in transition. Someone with the handle and shiftiness to work his way through tight spaces on defense, and is fearless going up to finish against bigger defenders.

The sharpshooting lefty guard out of the Chicago area showed no fear playing up a year against one of the top 16u teams in Wisconsin. He was constantly making defenders pay for giving him too much space, and showed no hesitation letting it fly when a shot was available. Played a role in LVL's high pressure defense, helping force a number of turnovers, as they had opposing guards rattled during the first half of the game on Friday night.

McKhale has been one of the biggest stock-risers of the spring in my eyes. The Shorewood guard is such an explosive athlete, and it shows with how quickly he can change direction on the ball. He had no problem leaving defenders in his dust as he got to his spots for pull-up jumpers, and he gets great elevation on his shot making it difficult to contest. Switched on to one of [program_tooltip program_id='2496167' first='Pro' last='Lane']'s top players in the second half, and really limited him the rest of the game, as he has the lateral quickness to sit deep in a stance and pressure the ball the length of the floor.

Theo impressed me with his versatility at 6'4. He has no problem putting the ball on the floor, and found success getting to his spots for mid-range jumpers. He ran the floor hard to beat opposing forwards to the rim in transition, and in the half-court he used his size at 6'4 to help provide an extra rebounding presence for his team. Showed he can defend against bigger post players, while also moving his feet out on the perimeter with wings. A bit of a Swiss Army Knife type of guy who can go out and do whatever it takes to help his team win.
