He has solid post play to go along with a soft touch from the outside, and is an above-average free-throw shooter. Felix is quick and explosive off the floor which make him a huge asset on the boards. He also has the ability to guard multiple positions, and won't back down from any assignment defensively. Defensively, he has quick feet and quick hands, and has a real knack for forcing turnovers and turning defense into offense. The gritty PG has great handles and sees the court very well, which make him a true floor general each time he steps on the court. Schafer has a smooth outside stroke with a high release, and is a lethal shooter from behind the arc. The 6'0" PG has tremendous speed and quickness, and plays the game fast yet under control. He has elite handles and an excellent first step where he can blow by defenders and attack the rim, or dish it out to the open man once the defense collapses.
