Defensively, he clogged the lane and altered nearly every shot he contested. In the second game, he was simply unstoppable, finishing with a double-double, topping 20 points and grabbing over 10 rebounds.

Christiansen impressed with his ability to clean the glass and quickly get out on the fast break. On defense, he acted as a paint protector, swatting shots and making life difficult for slashers. Offensively, he used his height to finish strong at the rim and gave his team multiple second chance buckets off offensive rebounds.

Sawyer made his presence felt in both games with his strength and size down low. He was relentless on the boards and turned rebounds into quick transition plays. Around the basket, he finished efficiently, using his frame to score over defenders and disrupt shots near the rim on the defensive end.

Cano Lazo brought energy and hustle, crashing the boards and diving for loose balls in both games. In Game 2, he found his rhythm offensively, knocking down shots and becoming a reliable spot up threat. His expanded role saw him emerge as a primary scorer and one of difference maker.

Tarpenning was a force on the boards, but there's more he can unlock offensively. With his size, he has the tools to be a game changer, in the second game he showed flashes of that with finishes at the rim and trying to be more assertive when he got touches. If he takes that next step, he'll be a key X-factor on Day 2.

Hulse showcased impressive athleticism, soaring for rebounds and providing key second chance points. He thrived in transition, using his speed and vision to finish at the rim. His energy and bounce made him a constant threat on both ends of the floor where he can finish over defenders.

Erickson stood out defensively, using his length and quick feet to generate steals and force turnovers. His on ball pressure was disruptive, and he was able to get to the paint and finish through contact offensively. His two-way impact gave his team an added edge and helped them pour it on early.
