We have six stock risers making moves inside the Top-25 of this 2028 rankings update. This group includes a few guys who made big impacts last season in large roles for their teams, but it also has a few kids with massive upsides who are ready to claim more minutes and bigger roles next season. Look out for this group of talented freshmen who should make noise this spring.

Rohrbacher is one of the best shooters in his class but he also has a smooth handle to create space, hit a one-two dribble combo and pair it with quick footwork to make openings for his perimeter shot. He already has the size to aid his shooting and get a good look at the rim over the top of his defenders, and he's shown he can use that size to play at his pace and shrug defenders off closer in. Look out for him this spring as he's already picked up an offer to play at Seattle University.

Collins played up-and-down minutes off the bench for Sumner this past season but had enough "wow" moments to make you see the potential for this springy wing. He's a long, lanky athlete who can play above the rim, and has shown a quick trigger from behind the arc and in the midrange. The skills and potential are there and as he refines his game and learns to apply his athleticism to other areas of the game, he should take off as one of the more promising wings in his class.

Holt played the post role for his Lincoln Abes and caught some attention at the state tournament for his play inside. He's a tough rebounder, defender, and ended up drawing quite a few fouls during the tournament too. But Holt has a lot more to his game that should start to show up next season. Catch him during the AAU season and you'll see the big man has some handle and downhill ability to his game, and with his strength he's able to get to the rim consistently and show off some sneaky athleticism and touch.

Rigney showed he's one of the more instinctive and impactful two-way players in his class with Foster last season. He's lining up with Seattle Select this spring and will get a chance to show how his aggression and attack mentality can overwhelm other players his age. He's a solid outside shooter and is crafty getting to the hoop, and with Foster's top scorer from last season graduating, he'll get a chance to play an even bigger role next winter.

Matthews is a sneaky athlete from the wings who has the bounce to finish up high and the range to keep defenders honest on the perimeter. He's shown he can heat up in a hurry from downtown and has some real game-changing ability to swing momentum with his ability to score in flurries. He's starting to figure it out defensively too and shows a pretty well-rounded potential to affect the game in a lot of ways.

Nagra played a limited role off the bench for the 4A state champions but the 6-foot-6 wing has a ton of potential that should start to get recognized next season as the Bullpups graduate three key players from last year's squad. Nagra has the length and athleticism to be a factor inside and out, has good touch from 3-point range, and already has a decent handle. He'll be a kid to watch this spring with [program_tooltip program_id='2076512' first='Eastern Washington' last='[program_tooltip program_id='2076512' last='Elite'] where he'll get some more game reps and get to flash his big upside.
