Varsity Contributors That Jumped Up In The 2028 Rankings Update

He went up against some other talented guards in 4A and produced consistently. He can slice through a defense when he really punches it and can make difficult finishes. Anytime that he is in the game, he is going 110%. Although the man that he is guarding was typically older and bigger than him this season, he still played assertive and racked up points and rebounds. He facilitated offense for the Chargers all year long with his court vision and shooting. His IQ is one thing that sets him apart, as he usually makes the right pass. If you let him get open off ball, he sets himself up for quality 3-point opportunities. While he had a number of upperclassmen in front of him, he still got on the court and contributed. Especially on offense, where he was able to get to his spots and he knocked down shots from the perimeter. On offense, I like how he's aggressive on his takes to the rim. He also knows to use his athleticism, to elevate up over defenders to get his shot off.
