As is the case each year in the talent-rich Philly Catholic League, a number of transfer made key impacts for their teams in pursuit of the ultimate crown of a PCL title. We take a look here at a handful of familiar faces in new places who made their presence felt across the league this winter.

No newcomer made more of a splash than Sutton, a nationally-touted sophomore guard who performed at an All-PCL level right away as Roman finished one win short of a PCL three-peat. Coming over from George School (PA), he acquitted himself immediately at the helm of a well-oiled Roman attack, turning defense to offense with his elite hands guarding the ball and quarterbacking like a veteran within halfcourt structure. While making strides in his maturity as a floor general, Sutton still found opportunities to mix in some razzle-dazzle with his vicious handle and acrobatic finishing ability. As he continues to hone his jump shot, which really came along down the stretch of the season, the sky is the limit for the two-way guard who's already attracted a bevy of high-major offers.

Taking steps up in both responsibility and competition upon moving over from a sixth-man role at Lenape (NJ) to be Wood's starting point guard, Lundy took some lumps early on but came on really strong after the turn of the calendar to put together an All-PCL season in his first year over the bridge. Having grown a few inches and transitioned from a sparkplug floor-spacer to a fulltime lead guard, the flashes became increasingly more consistent with Lundy's smooth and crafty play off the dribble. With a silky handle, deceptive changes of speed, and a developing sense for using his size over smaller guards, he's really tough to handle as both a scorer and playmaker once he gets into the flow of the game. He still shows room to grow in his decisionmaking as well as his shooting consistency from long range while adjusting to his developing body, but the vision of the finished product is becoming more and more clear as Lundy looks to attract high-major recruitment in the coming years.

Coming from relatively off the radar at St. Mark's (DE), N'Diaye grew into an All-PCL performer while bringing a consistent two-way edge to the Neumann frontcourt amid a lineup of high-octane guards. With a robust frame, nonstop motor, soft touch, and an innate nose for the ball, N'Diaye soaked up rebounds and corralled dumpoff passes en route to efficient buckets around the cup. He showed himself to be a reliable threat to space the floor off the catch while also mixing in some flashes of faceup scoring when given the opportunity. His ball skills aren't the cleanest and he's a bit undersized for his role at the D1 level, but the production, versatility, and blue-collar approach will surely attract a flurry of scholarship-level coaches if maintained over the next year.

The final piece to the puzzle for a senior-laden St. Joe's Prep group looking to stamp a multiyear run with a title, Robertson came over shortly before the season from Life Center (NJ) and acquitted himself well with his athletic two-way play. A natural scorer, he was forced to take somewhat of a back seat but did well to condense his game down into increased structure and limited shot attempts. Robertson turned his attention to the floor game, where he made key impacts as a defender, rebounder, cutter, and secondary rim protector for an undersized Prep lineup. His dashes of floor-spacing and shot creation offered glimpses of the ultimate upside that he figures to display more of in a featured role in years to come, as there's no doubting the long-term high-major potential here.

The go-to guy for first-year coach Ryan Krawczeniuk, Myatt wasted no time getting comfortable upon stepping over from shuttered Public League power Math, Civics, & Sciences (PA). As well-rounded a scorer as you'll find in the area, he stepped right into a marquee role with his polished three-level attack. Capable of operating on or off the ball, Myatt is most natural working his way downhill for physical finishes but showed increasing range and consistency on his pullup jumper that will be important as he moves to the next level. His progression as a consistent defender and playmaker for others will be key determiners of where his recruitment ultimately goes this summer, but Myatt's pure scoring ability is undeniable by this point for the scholarship level.

The most impactful senior transfer in the league, Jackson was a key piece to the equation for an otherwise young Bonner team that made a key jump up the PCL standings. Moving just a mile down the road from Upper Darby (PA), Jackson looked comfortable right away as a lengthy athlete looking to make plays above the rim on either end. He stepped right into and owned an important role as a defensive lynchpin, rebounding and protecting the rim for an undersized group but also showing enticing ability to mirror the ball with opposing guards on the perimeter. Jackson improved throughout the season as the game slowed down for him offensively and he began to show increasingly reliable flashes of floor-spacing and straight-line slashing. Still just 17 years old and with the physical markers for the D1 level, Jackson is the type of late bloomer who could make a D2, JUCO, or prep school program look really smart in the late signing period.

Another Public League transplant, Colson acquitted himself well amid a guard-heavy Neumann lineup after transferring over from Imhotep (PA). Playing primarily off the ball in a four-guard attack, he made his biggest impact as a floor-spacer, knocking down almost 70 3s at a 37% clip as the Saints' most prolific and reliable threat from beyond the arc. Capable of playing at the point in spurts, Colson also mixed in flashes of pullup shooting and dribble-drive creation. His impact carried over to the other end where helped set the tone for Neumann's intense on-ball pressure defense. Colson's plug-and-play skillset figures to translate smoothly at the scholarship level when his time comes.
