Owusu has a nose for the basketball and always seems to be in good spots on the floor to make things happen. He put the ball in the hoop in different ways. Owusu has a good vision of the floor and found his teammates for scoring chances. His versatility allows him to play either on or off the basketball. Owusu had a productive June which allowed him to rake in a few division one offers, he continues to build off it with his play.     Hughes consistently found ways to make a positive impact for his [program_tooltip program_id='2078697' first='Philly' last='Pride'] squad in the two games I watched at Under Armour. He played with a high motor and contributed in a variety of ways, particularly on the glass where he routinely positioned himself well to secure rebounds. Offensively, Hughes flashed the ability to space the floor, knocking down perimeter shots and proving he can make defenses pay when left open. His combination of rebounding, floor-spacing ability, and overall activity makes him a valuable two-way piece. Hughes has the tools to be a tremendous late addition for a scholarship program looking to add a versatile, high-impact forward with upside.     This was my first opportunity to evaluate Wing, and it only took the first few minutes to come away impressed with his tenacity and relentless motor. He consistently found ways to impact the game through hustle, showing a knack for tracking down rebounds and keeping possessions alive with his effort on the glass. Wing also ran the floor extremely well in transition, routinely beating defenders down the court and being rewarded with easy scoring opportunities around the basket. His energy, activity, and willingness to do the little things stood out throughout the game. He is a prospect I'll be keeping a close eye on, and I'm looking forward to tracking his development moving forward.     Bailey is a deadeye shooter from beyond the arc, and once he gets into a rhythm, there are very few ways to slow him down. If he catches the ball with his feet set, the shot is usually finding the bottom of the net. What also stands out is his versatility at the guard position, as he is equally comfortable playing on or off the basketball. Bailey attacked with purpose, seeking out contact and earning frequent trips to the foul line, adding another dimension to his offensive arsenal. His combination of perimeter shooting, positional versatility, and ability to pressure defenses off the bounce makes him one of the more complete guards in the class. Bailey should be a priority target for both low and mid-major programs.     Quinlan was a bright spot for the Middlesex Magic 16U UAA squad, showcasing his scoring ability throughout the game. He erupted in the second half, pouring in 15 of his 19 points and helping keep his team in the fight against [program_tooltip program_id='2078697' first='Philly' last='Pride']. Quinlan consistently pressured the defense by getting into the paint, using his aggressiveness and body control to create quality scoring opportunities. I also liked his offensive versatility, as he proved capable of impacting the game in multiple ways while fitting seamlessly into different backcourt roles. His well-rounded skill set makes him a viable plug-and-play option at the guard position and a prospect worth continuing to monitor.
