Our positional breakdowns for the Class of 2025 wrap up today with a look at the Centers.

As a reminder, we've approached the positional breakdowns in a different way this week. Instead of covering the top ten prospects at a position or randomly selecting ten, we'll instead look to cover a variety of prospects at each level of the rankings.

What that means is, for every 25 spots in the rankings, we'll try to cover a prospect from that position. If no prospect for a position falls within a given 25 spot range, we'll select the closest prospect above or below that range to highlight.

With that being said, here are ten Centers of note from our latest rankings update.

1-25: [player_tooltip player_id='2396725' first='Samuel' last='Nosakhare'] (#23)

The Putnam Science Academy big man is elite at all the things you'd hope a center would be. At 6'9" with a 7'4" wingpsan, he has great measurables that compliment his next level athleticism. Defensively, he's one of New England's best rim protectors and using his combination of athleticism and length, plus great timing, to block and alter a big number of shots. Offensively, and on the glass, he plays with a terrific motor, allowing him to pursue offensive rebounds, roll hard to the rim out of ball screens, and finish with authority on lobs. He remains uncommitted at this point in time.

26-50: [player_tooltip player_id='1457205' first='Jack' last='Sullivan'] (#49)

The Choate Rosemary Hall big man is long, lean, and incredibly mobile, allowing him to operate as a mismatch on the offensive end of the floor. While he shows the ability to stretch the floor with his shot, he does most of his work in the paint. He's a good athlete, but really excels with his feel for the game and understanding of position. He fights to hold his ground, has good hands, and is patient on the catch, all of which allow him to be a high level scorer on the block. Defensively, he uses his length to protect the rim and shows the ability to move his feet in switches on the perimeter. He will head to Yale in the fall.

51-75: [player_tooltip player_id='2325866' first='Ryan' last='Sullivan'] (#56)

The Worcester Academy big man is strong, tough, and athletic. At 6'10" with a solid frame, he impresses with his willingness to be physical, vocal presence on the defensive end of the floor, and ability to rim run in transition. He's a strong post defender that doesn't give up and inch and does a good job of making scoring difficult for opposing bigs. Offensively, he sets really strong screens, knows when to roll or pop, and has some touch as a shooter. As he continues to add elements offensively, his ceiling will only go up as he already possesses most of the intangibles you'd want a big to have. He will continue his career at Harvard.

76-100: [player_tooltip player_id='2359164' first='Tristan' last='Burth'] (#77)

The Bridgeport Prep big man is a high motor center that can be counted among the region's top offensive rebounders. His pursuit off the ball off the offensive glass stands out, as does his ability to finish with power and athleticism around the rim. He's a highlight reel waiting to happen on putback attempts and is just able to physical overwhelm opponents in the paint. He's developed his feel in ball screens and on top of being a good roller, now shows some pick and pop ability in the mid-range. Defensively, he carves out spaces as a rebounder, defends in the post without fouling, and initiates the break with good outlet passes. He is uncommitted at this point in time.

101-125: [player_tooltip player_id='1532440' first='Ian' last='Plankey'] (#121)

The Holderness School big man is seemingly still scratching the surface of his potential as a relative newcomer to the game. At 6'9" with plus athleticism and a strong frmae, Plankey makes an impact as an active big man that knows he can control the paint. He's a good athlete laterally and his agility and mobility allows him to do a bunch of different things on the defensive end of the floor. He protects the rim, rebounds in traffic, and keeps opposing ball handlers out of the paint in switches. Offensively, he can score over either shoulder, is a lob threat off drives, and shows touch out to the three point line as a shooter. He remains uncommitted as of today.

126-150: [player_tooltip player_id='2452991' first='Gyan' last='Davis'] (#147)

The Premier Prep big man is a long, lean, and twitchy athlete that makes a ton of plays around the rim. With his length and bounce, he's able to operate as a rim protector on the back line of a defense, detering and blocking a high number of shots. Offensively, he cuts hard to the rim and is able to finish over size with his athleticism. He can score with his back to the basket and does a great job of attacking the rim as a roller out of ball screens. His activity level on the offensive glass means he has to be accounted for every time a shot goes up. He is also an uncommitted prospect.

151-175: [player_tooltip player_id='2716645' first='Sam' last='Concemi'] (#157)

The Andover big man is super skilled and capable of operating as an offensive hub with his ability to playmake. He's not overly athletic, but has a big frame and plays at his own speed, making good decisions with the basketball and rarely turning it over. While he's a quality low post scorer, he impressed this winter with his ability to knock down threes from the trailer spot. Defensively, he's vocal in ball screens, uses his body to his advantage as a rebounder, and is a really good outlet passer that can initiate the break with his vision. He will continue playing at Babson.

176-200: [player_tooltip player_id='2547030' first='Connor' last='O'Rourke'] (#191)

The Bedford big man is a strong post defender that protects the rim and cleans up on the glass. The lefty is a versatile defender that can switch onto the perimeter in ball screens, has good recovery ability on blow byes, and is able to protect the rim with his athleticism. Offensively, he runs the floor hard, sets strong screens, and has a good feel as a roller when he catches in the short post. He does a nice job of finishing with either hand around the rim, showing the ability to turn over either shoulder with good footwork on the block. He will head to St. Anselm in the fall.

201-225: [player_tooltip player_id='2453001' first='Raheim' last='Orleans'] (#197) *

The Attleboro big man is a physical presence in the paint that can really impact a game on the glass. He has a big frame, plus athleticism, and is just scratching the surface of his potential. When his motor is turned up, he's a highly switchable defender that causes turnovers just by his presence and activity level. He has some ability as a grab and go rebounder, showing that he's comfortable handling the ball in space. He operated mostly out of the block this winter, but shows touch out to the three point line as a shooter and enough ball skills to attack closeouts and finish with strength at the rim. He remains an uncommitted prospect as of today.

226-250: [player_tooltip player_id='2546890' first='Justin' last='Munger'] (#249)

The BFA St. Albans big man is active, agile, and athletic; traits that he uses to his advantage on both ends of the floor. Defensively, he's a good rim protector that's most effective blocking shots when he comes from the help. He moves well laterally, which allows him to play a variety of ways out of ball screens, showing the ability to switch onto the perimeter if needed. He runs the floor well in transition and knows how to establish postition on the block when he beats his defender to the spot. He's good in ball screens, rolling hard to the rim and catch passes by the rim that he quickly finishes with either hand. He is an uncommitted prospect.
